same issue with me, tough to get in contact with.
Personally I love the Curse mask and have chased a few copies without success. They haven’t been in production for a long time and you hardly ever see them for sale. I got beat out on a beautiful copy on ebay uk last year. Still mad about that.
As for accuracy, it’s said to come from a H6 film mold that Brad Hardin retooled to create the mask used in the first scene of H20. If that’s true, it couldn’t be more accurate to that scene. From what I’ve seen it looks to be a bigger sized mask, round 24.5 inches. Some people look tiny inside when wearing it. Ethan has a killer copy as does LittleMickyMyers.

Is that why the Curse looks a tad bit different from the H6 mask? I’m looking for an accurate H6, not the H20 opening mask. Do you have any suggestions?
I just heard from Sean last week. I know he pretty busy but he will get back to you. He only has a few left in the signature series so I would keep trying if you don’t hear back. As for accurate it probably as close to movie mask as you will get.
SSN masks are the closest you will ever get to a Screen used mask…and the Mask like the SIX and Curse are very hard to find even if you find one on ebay you will pay more than $400, as a regular H6 GPW goes still for over $300.
You could try and chase down a Brad Hardin 6, or a SSN SIX but they are hard to find and will not be cheap. Neither of mine were.
The SSN GPW’s are still in production, I believe, and are available in a large size. WMP will be releasing a new 6 sculpt in a month or so. I’ve seen progress pics and I think it’s going to be killer.
But if you want a 6 mask now, I would contact QOTS / Scott and see what he can do for you. He and Brad Hardin often work on blanks together. So you might be able to score a Nightowl 6 or a GPW done up by them. The results are always stunning.

I have a gpw in progress and also haven’t heard from Sean in a week. I’m sure he’s just very busy but he did tell me brad hardin is currently working on my pull as of last week.

The one in H20 is basically the same as the one in H6, supposedly from a newer mold since the ones in H6 were said to have been damaged…or could be from a surviving mold.
The Curse is a 2nd generation pull.
Now what is the mask that popped up on eBay from Morningside Sanitarium? His listing is something like " Halloween 6 Curse mask" is that an SSN Curse? Or a recast of one or something?

I asked Kaizu and he said Curse, maybe, and I think he is right, but if someone who owns a Curse could just verify this, I’d be a very happy person! 
I heard of a person on the board recasting the Curse mask, and I really don’t want to buy a recast, but the eyecuts and paint and hair are really putting me off to the mask…
I recently watched the beginning of H20 and am amazed how much of an H6 that is and how they have two completely different masks in the same movie. Screams H6 for sure.
Correct, when JCB and BH mention about retooling the one from H6 for H20, the’re mentioning a mask that was never used since the director of H20 didn’t like this new retooled version 
I really need someone who owns a SSN mask to click the link in my other post and tell me what mask it is, or if it’s a recasted mask, please.

Someone once tried to sell me a “re-molded” Curse mask. Which sounds like a fancy way of saying recast. It looked much like the one in your link, aka not very good. I have a friend who thought he had an SSN Curse and then realized it was one of these. No signature on the inside either. Where it comes from and how they made it, I can’t say for sure. But it’s not a SSN Curse. They face is longer on the Curse and the features aren’t so…moldy.
