Hey all , waiting for my Nightstalker II from Chris over at WMP and gonna stick some costume shots on ASAP on arrival but wondering what materials you would use to stuff it when worn ? This is particularly aimed at Dren and Anth who have nailed this in there costume shots , I’m thinking sponge ?
The best way is to smile, that will stretch mask perfectly, nothing else except smile

I own a nightstalker 2 and for me smiling does not work. The mask fits perfect but not so tight that you can smile to strecth it. Dont know what is the best way to stuff a mask while wearing it, but i would guess something comfortable:)
You can velcro some foam padding to the cheekbone area. But make sure it isn’t too much, because it will give the mask too much of a stretch and it’ll end up looking Asian. Otherwise, if you’re just doing quick costume shots and the mask is small enough, just smile.
Thanks for replying mate cause I know you also have a NS II , will give that a shot i’ll cut some to shape for the cheek area once the mask gets here.
id say stuff it like a head is in there… dont get too wide… the h2 mask to me never seemed tight on dw. i think it was more the velcro in the back and the 3 years of sitting in a box. that and the fact of course it was a thin mask… castle did give it a stretched look though and you can clearly see why… his face looked longer than the face of the mask… my 99 shatner i just did is only on a styrofoam head with no stuffin which i think you will see that with the ns2 it will pull off a wider look because of the eye cuts… ive been studying these pics so much since ive been doing my h2 masks… another thing i notice in that morph pic, you can see when it goes from the h2dw pic to the castle pic, the mouth opens some, from the longer face i’d say… this is all just my own opinion though. i used to over stuff and after lots of staring at screen caps, i have came to these ideas. everyone has their own vision though "
