Tailoring a Mask

So I’m a bit tired of the TOTS H2 being bigger than the Hoover Dam, so I’m wondering if there is a great way to tailor it to fit better. I’m thinking about just cutting a strip off the back of it and then welding the cut back together with latex (somehow), but does anyone have a better way?

Here are some pics of the thing.

For a better fit, try wearing a cap of sorts under the mask, and velcro the rear neck flaps together.

That’s exactly what I did to mine and it worked quite well. I explain the process in this thread:

I always find it weird how large this masks are, I swear the 3 Lunatics i had owned in the past were no where near the size of the TOTS version…I guess Justin enlarged it. But ya nowonmai that was a great idea to size it down, worked out very well!!

Killer

I thought it was a huge mask also.

Thanks man! I’m glad it worked out, otherwise it would’ve been $60 down the toilet, lol.

I have mine mostly as a display mask. Same goes for 3 out of my other 5 masks. It’d be cool to be able to wear them all but I have a regular-sized head…maybe a little below average even, so I just accept that lots of copies will be large. My JTK is huge, as is my Evilution blank and my Destroyer/Revolver is also pretty big. The only two of my masks that actually fit reasonably well are my Creep and Closet Monster. When I had my NO H6 it was big too. So I got in the habit of putting on the beanie for worns which definitely helps. Speaking of which, I need to get that beanie back…left it at my friend’s house…I loved that thing!
