I was wondering how many of you have read Taking Shape and how much did you like it? Do you own a physical copy as well?
I currently purchased the book on Amazon and I’m reading it on Kindle. I love every minute of it.

I thought about getting it on Audible but I’m wondering if it has pictures? If it does, I would probably just get a physical copy. Thanks.
So far no pictures in the book and I’m already getting through Halloween 2 chapter. You can check if it has photos on the book’s Amazon profile, I think. As for me, I don’t care that much about them. I have seen all the unique Halloween photos in the book On Set With John Carpenter.
I got Taking Shape and the book about the making of the DGG trilogy for Christmas. I’m looking forward to digging into them soon!

Talking Shape is an excellent book, the holy bible on the making of the Halloween films. Definitely recommend all the books written by those two, Reign of Chucky is also fantastic!

I read it. It’s good. Lots of info. I have two criticisms, though. There are LOTS of typos and sometimes they get things wrong. They’ll say certain things happened in the movies that didn’t actually happen.
