Someone has had to let joe and dusty know that this is being debated.I know if I was running a legit company with no strings attached to terry I couldnt defend myself quick enough.

I just want to clear a few things up on my end. I am by no means trying to take up for or make excuses for Terry. The transactions that I had with him in the past were always pleasant and very professional. I was given the info on his health by a very reliable source and from what I can see thus far, he is making the wrongs right. I know this type of wait time for a mask is not acceptable by no means and I can understand where you guys are comming from. I guess I am to forgiving and soft hearted when comes to a person’s health and well-being. Cyptco, on the other hand, should not be pulled in this. They were to do get all of the orders taken care of that Terry still had unfinished (with the exception of the 30th masks, the JA and any special projects that Terry may have been working on).

You can’t ask for a better transaction. I have ordered multiple times from Dusty and email transfers have been very prompt and the quality of the masks have been very impressive. Couldn’t ask for a better, more pleasant transaction(s).

Ahhh, now THIS is funny. You know something people(s) you can find out alot of things about alot of people via the internet, and even more so with a member of the family in the FBI. Will there be a typical Joe or Dusty spin cycle put on this? Likely.

I told you guys FLAT out, Terry was making money off of EVERY SALE, not just the “owed masks” that Joe and Dusty were “helping out with…” The fraud dept. has been looking at Lambert for a loonnggggggg time, and those records are readily accessable to anybody in the FBI. As are tax records etc.

If there is anything wrong with Terry’s arm, it’s that it’s sore from counting the thousands of dollars that he jacked from members of this community. Nothing more.
Some Mods need to ease up on the “trigger finger” when it’s not needed. Terry is a P.O.S no question about it. He’s a thief and a liar and has been busted. I think a little venting (Pictures or otherwise) should be just fine.
I’d rather not get sued. Don’t post personal photos of people here after there are posts in the thread trashing him and talking about how they’re going to pay him a visit so ‘here’s what he looks like.’ When you have your own site, you can take that chance, but I won’t.

Mods/Derek, please move this thread and others like it to another part of this site. Perhaps, FEEDBACK for companies!? The “I told you so’s” and all the rest is old news and offensive.
Not that picture, Derek. I was referring to the one Kaizu posted of the “one armed” guy from that movie. That obviously isn’t Terry. And there is nothing, and I do mean NOTHING wrong with Terry’s arm in real life.
As for being sued, the way I hear it, Terry won’t have the money to sue anybody once the fraud dept. gets him, and they’ll be a knockin’ soon. He really is in a great deal of trouble as I understand it.
The real pictures, fine, I agree with you. But the people that are posting “mock/parody” photo’s should be left alone. I’d say they’ve earned it considering what that bastard has done to them.
Someone posted an actual pic of him, and I don’t want that here. The mock pics included. Like Terry or not, he sold masks like crazy for years around here, with many happy customers and a huge following. Many of those members are now bashing the hell out of him even if they didn’t get screwed by him.
All I can say on this matter is that I have had nothing but positive experiences with Crypt Co. This post has come as a bit of a surprise to me. There are several possibilities, and in the end I am against bashing anyone when we don’t have factual evidence either way. None of us know what really happened so all we can do is speculate. We have been wrong before, so it would be in our best interest to be careful what we say now when all of the facts haven’t been revealed. Hopefully Joe & Dusty release a statement so we have some more information. I don’t like seeing drama like this, and I hope that it is resolved properly and respectfully.

No offense, and I’m not trying to start an unneeded arguement here, but let’s be honest.
Fact 1) Terry Is an asshole, he’s ripped off thousands of dollars from people in this hobby and on this board specifically. Not assumptions, but FACTS.
Fact 2) Nobody ever get’s all the info needed, but we do get enough to substantiate the claims made by so many people.
Fact 3) Just because somebody hasn’t had any personal bad dealings with somebody, doesn’t make it right when they CLEARLY screw over many others.
This guy is a poison, plain and simple. His antics and lies are absolutely ridiculous and only seem to be getting worse. Do I hope it gets resolved, of course. Will it? Doubtful, atleast not as long as he’s in the hobby and people don’t see the truth about him and his not-too-distant past in this community.
Well, I must say I applaud Terry for coming out and saying that he is in fact CryptCo.
No offense taken. I agree with your points, but where does Crypt Co. come in? Joe & Dusty have done nothing but provide quality masks in a timely manner for those who have ordered from them since they opened. How do we KNOW they are one in the same?

If this were a court of law (Which it isn’t…) reasonable doubt would have been proven in our favor. If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck…

Darb is soooooo close to what I know/have been told that’s it’s almost uncanny. Everything that you need in order to fully know/understand this whole thing is right in Terry’s blog from his My Space page.
It’s a long story my young friend, very long. The short answer is yes, and no. Yes (For multiple reasons) they could sue him, but no (For multiple reasons) they can’t sue him.
It’s a very touchy subject.
