Which doesn’t make sense to me since everyone claimed he was a liar before this came out, but now they assume everything he is now saying is 100% true? I’m not saying that Terry IS a liar or that he is not in this case, but in my opinion there isn’t enough evidence either way.

Derek, I was gonna post 2 pics of him with no bad intentions. One member posted one and I posted the other. There was thrashing (with reason) but I don’t recall anyone mentionning anything about paying him a visit before I posted the pic.
I left for an hour or so after that so I don’t know what went down. Apparently it got out of control. I just thought people were entitled to see what he looked like that’s all.
We just need to be careful how far things get taken here. It gets sticky the more personal you get, which means more for me to deal with.

It would be very hard to sue Terry bud…Technically you can but the odds of success just arent in favor for the person suing him…Terry made it clear a while back that he filed finacial bankruptcy and when he did he listed all his orders through the past several years as creditors…In doing so he is protected from anyone being able to collect money from him whether it be creditors(Basically anyone he owes money to), credit card company’s, the mortgage company etc…This why no one has tried to…It would be very hard almost impossible to get what he owes you…Sadly the more he owes you the better your chances but still very hard with our corrupt legal system…Its just how things work

I agree it’d be nice if Cryptco made a statement, but at the same time should they have to address this is obviously an attempt by Terry to sandbag Cryptco over an argument they must of had. What other possible reason would Terry have for doing this? If he was involved with Cryptco’s day to day operations, coming out like this would kill the business. If anything, this proves to me that he wasn’t involved in the day to day operations. Did he get a royalty in the terms of the sales agreement for his molds, probably. This just seems like a clear act of vindictiveness by Terry over money or some other bull crap.
So I ask, would it even matter how Cryptco responds? This board has pounded them since day one, so no matter what they say they’ll never win.
The only positive fact in this whole situation is that they have never screwed over a single member since they’ve been in business.

I think it is right that everyone is bad mouthing Crypt Co. First of all it is a fact that they ARE involved with Terry/CGP since they purchased his masks/molds. That makes them guilty by association right away. They knew this so why would a company purchase masks from a person/company who just screwed over a lot of people and is known as a lying thief? Hmmmm…maybe because they are one in the same. Just wouldn’t make sense to tarnish your repuatation right away (and immediately following all of Terry’s /CGP horrible lies and theft); that tells me they are one in the same. It was a last grasp to quickly get back in the game and make back some money or continue making money. Say you want to give them the benefit of the doubt and by some chance they aren’t one in the same, it still doesn’t matter. Crypt Co. chose to associate with a lying thief, what do they expect. Serves them right. I say stay away from Crypt Co.

Most companies who buys another companies goods after they go bankrupt do not inherit their problems or past orders.I think cryptco wanted to try and make good on T’s orders due to the fact it was just another scam by terry himself.He knew this was the only way anyone would buy from them.I know all CGPs past orders were not filled but in filling some of them he got people to buy from his new company…Its all just shady.I know if I were joe and dusty and everything was on the up and up I would have been here already to try to explain things.
Definitely one and the same. Chris is correct though, something DID happen for the falling out to ensue, however, that doesn’t change the fact that Joe and or Dusty were lying all along about Terry’s initial involvement. And trust me, it goes WELLLLLLLLLLLL beyond a small percentage from each order. And goes WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLL beyond any deal that was struck at the time the molds were purchased. The molds were never sold to anybody, this whole thing was a smoke screen.
Some people need to wake up and smell the roses here. Proof? All the proof has been posted before, yet removed. I don’t need a judge to tell me what’s bullshit and what’s as plain as day.
Terry, Joe, Dusty, these guys are all friends. BEST friends. For anyone of you, mod or otherwise to sit here and think that these 3 aren’t in business together are either insane, or blind as bats and need to head to their nearest Lens Crafters for a consultation.
