Mine is Halloween 1978 version
H3 for sure! It’s a fun movie to watch.
H1 78’ 
Nobody likes H4 but me it seems, but just loved H4! Introduces Jamie and his facial expression is the best on that mask!!! IDK, just my opinion. H20 is a favorite too for the mask.
H1 (the original). For many many reasons.
Halloween 4 is my favorite sequel, it just has a spooky vibe throughout, and it kept the story basic. No out of left field plot/characterization additions like H2, or H5-Resurrection. The film felt autumn like despite being filmed in spring. It also had a solid set of main characters and actors with Loomis, Jamie, Rachael, and Meeker. The film also respected The Shape, which is a huge aspect to how much I like or dislike a Halloween film.
After IV it’s the VI theatrical and tv cuts and II. Both movies have some undeniable flaws (wonky plot points in 6, too much guitar music, too many flash cuts, exploding head scene; sister relationship, attempting to “kill” The Shape off, ultra slow Shape, minimizing the supernatural angle in II), but both have fantastic atmosphere, a sense of dread, and are creepy. VI’s t- and tv cuts respect The Shape (due in large part to ending up retconning/ignoring the Thorn angle in the end) and makes him actually really dark and evil, and it was the only Halloween film shot in autumn. II works well in large part due to the crew members left over from the original.
After that it’s III, then V, then a drop to the rest.
The OG '78. Nothing beats it. H20 comes close and then H4 is a close 3rd. But '78 is the best in my opinion, its the origins of the characters we all love.
Carpenters Original H1 in (78’) for sure but I thought H2 was Killer also! To me anyway Nothing beats the Original!! When I saw that back in the day as a kid I have been HOOKED ever since!

Halloween (1978). No contest.
Halloween II (1981) is a great film too and I loved the look of Dick as Myers. Halloween III is awesome, but of course, not a Myers film. I enjoyed Halloween 4, but I don’t consider it a Myers film either. Michael died at the end of HII.

Halloween 78 is without a doubt the best.
The original Halloween(1978) is by far the best!!!
Next, for me, is Halloween II(1981), it retained most of the look of H1 and featured Dick Warlock’s take on the Shape.
As far as I’m concerned the last movie of the series is Halloween: H20. This movie forgets the other not so good sequels and brings Laurie Strode back into the story as well. I also feel that Chris Durand brought back some of the feel of H1’s Shape, he sped Michael up a bit. 
This is ‘my’ Halloween trilogy, but if I had to choose only 1 it would be the original, Halloween(1978).

For me it’s Halloween The Curse of Michael Myers
The original, followed very closely by Halloween III and Halloween II (2009).
I know and I just love the mask in it I think it’s the best of them all I still don’t know why in the other films they can’t use a mask that looks just like it
I like the H4 mask too it’s one of my favorites just Something about it catches my eye ever time
I got to go with Halloween 4 as well. I find myself drawn back to that movie a lot.
