This is just thinking out loud, but I had a thought about the Elrod knife recently, since the Victorinox Forschner is very similar to the Elrod House knife, could the knife in the Elrod house have all the serrations ground off for the film? like a safety precaution
I too have wondered this, it’s very possible.
Edit: When comparing the two the knives have the same handle shape and curvature. Interesting!

How long there are produced? I don’t know. So i think its even possible that there was no safety precaution needed and they simply used both versions of the knive. the grip looks alot like its painted brown or so because on the picture there several marks were the black shines trough. It’s just a possibility. What do you guys think?
The handle was originally black, and it wore off over time
Plus I was looking at that knife earlier today, it’s similar but the handle is off in shape a tiny bit, but I plan on getting one regardless
I think also that in regards to the coverall brand, Nancy Loomis (Tommy’s ex wife) would be the best to ask since she was in charge of props, setting dressing and Wardrobe on the first
I’ve already contacted her, waiting on a reply and if not I have other people to contact.

Don’t know if this post should go here or in the 2018 movie thread, but is anyone else worried how Nick will look in the new costume? I know everyone is concerned with the mask, but, seeing Nick and his “dad” body, do you think that will take away from the Shape?
I just wasn’t a fan of H6 beergut Michael. Maybe it wasn’t Wilbur’s body, but how the coveralls fell on his frame, but it did look like he had a gut.
I know I’m being picky but just wanted to see what you guys thought.
Wilbur had on smaller coveralls, Nick can’t help it at his age, and it doesn’t take away from the character as it happens 40 years later, it’s like Warlock wearing the mask in H2, the shape completely changed

Referring to the hobo myers, the beginning of the movie Michael is still wearing carhartt x02 coveralls like in the rzh1. Is there a point that its noticeable that the coveralls changed to the x01 style listed?
Not sure if it’s a huge deal, but you could update the 2018 section with the one picture of the mask we do have. Not necessary though

Wow. Never even noticed that until you said so. I rewatched the movie yesterday and there wasn’t any specific point where I noticed the change. It seems like they stop being worn after the dream sequence.

I quoted the reason. We agreed the Halloween 2018 coveralls are charcoal, but the thread says they’re navy. Its not a huge deal, but I’ve noticed alot of people saying they’re navy recently, and I want to clear the confusion
