Ive seen some vintage snowmobile boots that have the toe ridges but still no match

While those ones aren’t “it” necessarily I do think that the boots were some kind of mountain/snow boots of some kind. Would make because of how much snow accumulates there and such. I think we’re definitely on the right track with it.

Some womens boots are actually very comfy to wear, I wear platform boots and they are great
Curious if there will be any updates to the guide? Given the traced information on the true color of the H1 coveralls, newer/better replicas on various masks (AHG H4, KNB H5, various H6 masks based on the theatrical cut, etc.). Also the H4 boots were finally tracked down in another thread, would love to learn the H5’s as well. At least we’re on the right track with them 
All great questions! To answer them in order,
I keep the majority of updates on a website I am working on to showcase a lot of different guides for horror costumes across many other films as well as these. It’s getting there but with school work and a relationship all being full time it can be hard to catch up haha. Link to the site coming soon after some changes.
The replica mask sections are going to be removed entirely at this point or boiled down to direct movie mold cast only, maybe with the exception of H1/2.
H4 boots were never definitely matched I thought? Just kind of a general ankle high work boot match.
As far as the H5 boots, I look every single day across multiple platforms and I have still found nothing

Edit can’t find the thread I made, but I had found a match to a pair of ankle high red wing boots, if I remember right

Im still hunting for the H5 boots too, the Arctic cat are decent, but I found a lair that has the leather laceup upper.
Even If I find a black leather pair, the soles dont match the movie treads/sole.
The movie had the distinct lug sole, made by vibram and a million others
I would buy a pair of these for a substitute, but the lines one the toe dont match up, they should be higher up on the toecap
