Do any of you guys have a creepy, abandoned house in your neighborhood? Kinda like the Myers house.
Well, there’s one just right across the street of my house. The owner comes to visit the house once in about 3 years.
Well I do know of a couple houses in my area that are a bit creepy. One is actually an old 2 story house that was used as a hospital for soldiers in the civil war. I’ve heard they would just throw their arms and legs out the window into the back yard when doing amputations. I’m not sure if it’s haunted or not though, but I know I wouldnt want to be there ha ha. The other is a house where supposedly years ago, a man killed himself in the house and that’s all I know about that one, again no idea if it’s haunted but needless to say, wouldn’t want to go there ha ha.
There a lot of abandon homes these days that would fit the bill. Due to housing market. We have a empty house right next to us that been empty for a year. It’s amazing how fast houses fall into dis-repair when it’s not maintained.

Got a old house here in town that a guy hung himself in, the house looks kinda like the RZ Myers house! They say its haunted! Behind that house is a trailer where a guy also did suicide!
There was an abandoned horse club down the road from me, but the buildings were burned down by teenagers this year. Here’s some pics I managed to get last year before the property owner caught me and told me to get lost.
There’s also an old stone gate marking the entrance to the property. The gate is still there.
Not abandoned, but there’s also a house in the older section of town that looks a lot like the Myers house:
I did, but it was renovated and bought out, I live a few hundred feet from the ocean, so nothing stays empty for too long (it was a ghetto area in the 80’s and most of the 90’s though). There is a creek leading to the bay that has a marsh/swamp area around that and woods around that and in those woods is an old cemetery with native Indian and colonists’ graves, and a cult would supposedly gather there in the 80’s (though the Satanic panic may have embellished that quite a bit from it just being goth and metal head teens?), plus it’s bordering a Masonic shrine park, which is across from a church, so that’s an interesting area.
I actually know of another house in my area that could very well be haunted. It’s a really old house, built in the 1800s in fact, and supposedly it was on a plantation where there were slaves during the civil war, and from what I’ve heard some of those slaves are actually buried just behind the house. The house is now abandoned, though I hear it may be renovated. And believe it or not, there were even a group of “ghost hunters” who went to check out the house themselves, but I haven’t heard anything about their experience since then unfortunately.
Those pics are awesome.
I agree! Awesome pictures Davy! That stone gate is amazing dude and that stone set of steps totally gives of the Blair witch vibe! You are becoming quite the photographer Davy
Thanks, you guys! Much appreciated!
As a matter of fact, yes I do, and it looks a lot like the myers house in h1 especially.
I have a Myers house literally right next door to my place. It has this rotting tree near it, and is a two story house, with one story being a semi-basement like area, that just looks like something right out of Halloween. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have any of the characteristics that the Myers house actually has, but it looks like it could be Michael’s old home if he lived further east.
