That’s what I thought too seems like they would only use Tommys arm for the scene but at the same time their is a pic of Tommy holding the mask for what looks like this scene so I don’t know and that is why I am asking haha
So for this scene it is Nick we see in full costume in the movie, Wallaces hand breaking and coming through the door for that scene and Wallace only for the promo pic. I got that right??
Completely fine dude. Don’t let anyone discourage you from asking questions, the people who have tons of knowledge wouldn’t have it without asking questions and reading up.
The final cut, to my knowledge, only shows Tommy in full costume in the closet scene when the door is being broke. That first photo, the one attached here, is a BTS pic after Tommy breaks through the door. The second pic is a BTS picture after the cut when Nick has his hand through the door and is completing the shot and exiting to continue his chase with Laurie.

Thanks man! Yeah people said it was Debra for the across the street scene, then TLW said it wasn’t in the recent The Thing with two heads interview then we have Billy Kirkus saying it is her and he has bts footage of it so 
yeah I thought the same as you, only scene with TLW in full get up is the closet scene but who knows

This is precisely what I was going to say. The stretch on the mask when illuminated by the dimmer reads waaaay more Castle than Wallace. Wallace has a blockier head than Castle and his stretch looks much more squared off than this. For me, the giveaway is the temple area. Because of Castle’s fro, the temples on the mask are widened and make the forehead look less squared when compared to shots of TLW in costume.
The closet scene does a great job of showing TLW’s squared forehead… in fact, I think the mask conforms to TLW’s actual head shape way better because he doesn’t have an afro pushing the mask outward away from his skull.
