Whats everyone’s thoughts on the official H6 mask available for 54.99 on the site? It looks pretty awesome for a $55 mask, have you guys pre ordered it? For me i’ll need to see some video’s of it and more pics before i buy it.

Honestly from the pics it looks like a very decent Mask. I am going to be ordering one here soon…\m/ 
The photo of the production one (maybe at some sort of convention, it was posted here though?) didn’t have that level of a paint job (much like the mass produced H2 compared to the official pic), but otherwise it’s a great mask for the money. Heck you could get it repainted by a pro for less than some indie H6’s.
Looks fine to me except for the hairline but that is an easy fix…
There’s actually nothing wrong with the hairline unless people are comparing this to the reshoot Hero Nik owns.
The hairline varied from one copy to another on set.
Also the hair is matted in these pics and haven’t been spiked up. 
Wow! that actually looks great. Just spike the hair up a bit and it’ll be perfect.

It will never be a NightOwl SIX, SSN Curse or a BH Six but it is VERY good for the price. Heck, it looks better than some indies I’ve seen! As long as the mask is not too large it will be a winner for sure. You just can’t beat it for the price, no how…no way!
I love the hair on this, actually. Looks like a successor to the H5.
May not be the same paintjob as the nightowl H6 but it is the same sculpt…

…If it’s not over sized (Bobble head) Then I think I’ll get one. What TOT’S is doing for the collectors (Myers and mask fanatics alike) is legendary.
Chris said these are smaller than the H2, but I hope not much smaller cuz the H2 fits on me perfect…
I also think the mask would be even better if the eyes had black fishnets or something over them, so you couldn’t see your eyes in it. The H6 mask just doesn’t look right with eyes showing. But i could take care of that easily myself.
The screenused never had mesh eyes. You are thinking of H5… You can clearly see his eyes when he kills John… It’s just the dark lighting that you can’t see his eyes…

For the price, even if they’re a tad bigger, it’s a steal. I wouldn’t complain either way. I’m not a fanboy of the whole series, but these masks for the fans of those movies that are, this is simply way too insane. They’re going to flip their lid walking into a Halloween costume shop when they see these. 
Yeah i’m aware of that. I’m just saying wearing it around in daylight it would be best to cover the eye holes, since every shot of the mask in the movie you can’t see his eyes with the exception of 1 or 2 shots. So it just looks a bit odd to see the mask with eyes fully exposed, you know what i mean.
In the movie they have the privilege of adjusting lighting to make the mask look better, like darkening out the eyes for most of the movie, but when wearing it irl we can’t control how the mask looks. I just think putting mesh eyes on it would help keep it creepy when wearing it. At least if you plan on wearing in daylight, wearing it at night you could do without blackening the eyes for obvious reasons.
Even in this shot when he’s walking in a really brightly lit hallway you can’t see any of his eyes, so they must have done something to keep his eyes from being seen.
I’m not saying every copy sold should have them i’m just saying for me i’ll probably do that to it.
I think the reason you can’t see his eyes is due to two reasons: the camera is at least 4-6 feet in front of George Wilbur and the lights are to the side, not overhead or in front of him. And if you look closely at his right eye you can just make out his eye or skin I believe.
Just buy your self some black mesh cut it out and glue it to the mask… the HERO did have a mesh and your right… even in the most bright scenes you cannot see the eyes. I believe all hero copies to mask made for Halloween 6 all had mesh blacked out covered eyes. I know i remember hearing somewhere a long time ago. That this same mask was used for the opening scenes to Halloween H2O when Michael goes to nurses Marion Chambers Whittington house ram sacks the whole place to find Laurie’s file, the nurse is like screw that and runs off to those two kid’s house where she gets killed by Michael I know many masks where used in that movie even a CGI mask was used at one point.
I took a few screen caps… unfortunately the scenes are way too dark… maybe some one here can brighten my pictures a bit so we can compare.
