One of my favorites too!!! Scott is an amazing actor. Hershel still has a feel on the show, no matter how much it lags as of late.

Thanks Don! Since last Summer I’ve lost about 50 lbs…and gained some muscle. It started with quitting drinking and then I went on with changing my diet and eventually added cardio (on top of lifting weights). I still have a few pounds to lose, but my work is mostly done. Much healthier than I used to be… Believe it or not I weighed 285 a little over a year ago…pretty sure I’m around 225 now but I’m not ready to step on the scale yet…don’t want to psych myself out!
Should be getting this damn elbow and Jack tattoo colored in next month. Also will be getting the Jaws poster done, can’t wait
