The "SUPER THIN" NAG 98 proto . . . HalloweeN 1978

Here’s a customers NAG 98 proto that I did a few weeks ago and wanted to finally share here. This was the most difficult Myers mask that I’ve ever done due to how thin it was. The eye cuts were a huge pain and I’m really surprised that they turned out as well as they did. Such a sweet mask now though! Thanks for looking guys! :smiling_imp:

Do you know if the hero in H78 was that thin?
It always struck me how thin the stunt mask seemed to be when Laurie takes it off his face when he chokes her.

Very cool. Has a real Hero Mask vibe to it

Beautiful work !

Nice looking mask. Good job on it. I’d be afraid that it wouldn’t last that long if it’s that thin. It’s going to be very easy to tear if the owner isn’t very careful with it.

Very nice. The thinness has a certain vibe, kinda loses details easy though

Ha, I remember seeing this on facebook when you first started work on it.

Beautiful work, though. Seriously.

How can we contact JC? Facebook doesnt work. Yes i Knox about the looong waiting time :stuck_out_tongue:

Man that looks great would you say it’s about as thin as a balloon knot LMAO

Amazing work as always James! Why is this particular copy so thin, just curious?

Stunning work as always, James. Love this mask.

Man that is a mighty thin mask but looks great!

Badass work man! That is beyond thin

This thing came out looking amazing. Especially after seeing the pics of the thing practically looking balloon thin!

Mask looks great, James… I like all the shots, but pic 12 is just nuts!! The hair is superb too. …ANDY

Thanks guys! I have an H78 from Nik that’s almost this thin and it’s as good as the day I received it years ago. Not fragile at all… the bottom of the neck that I cut off would stretch 10 ft.! lol
