The Tharp Appreciation Thread...

Do you have an old Don Post Studios Mask itching for a repaint? Do you have a regular mask from another company that you’d like to give a new look to? Trying to find an illusive mask from Don Post Studios? Rob and Cathy Tharp worked as Head Painters for Don Post Studios and are available to help! Shoot me a PM and we’ll go from there! They work fast, efficiently and your masks will never look better!

Do they have a Facebook or a site we can reach them on?

I want that Bloody Werewolf! :astonished: I’ve been searching for one for years.

Here’s a piece done by the Tharps.

**_They do great work and some of the nicest people you will ever encounter as a bonus!
This is my current H3 set. The Skull is a 1967 large and not painted by the Tharps as the ones in the movie were pulled off the production line. The Witch is a 2012 DP rare master redone by the Tharps and the Jack a CGP early run (which Cathy and Rob told me was the closest in look and size to the originals), both of these were painted to perfection by Rob and Cathy.

Awesome pieces! I’ve never dealt with the Tharps directly, but I do have one piece from them in my collection. The next best thing to an original.

As far as I know…nope.

Some Tharp Kirk

Cheers kaizu . What is HMA exactly?
