Hi everyone. I literally have not posted a subject on here in years. Lately I have just been positively upbeat about the quality of Trick or Treat Studios masks compared to years past of some mass produced ones. I currently own a Halloween 2 Deluxe as well as two of the more recent Star Trek 75 Kirks.
Anyway, I finally got the “stubborn” courage to try a Kirk on tonight and actually didn’t blow out the back of the mask. The bad news is that I am one of those lucky folk that have a larger head and my noggin canceled out any details you might otherwise be able to see on the face. I still love the mask, but I can’t shrink my head (of course).

tots kirk are also to small for my head just like the elrod hospital they must be 23.5 - 24 max
It’s pretty much dead on the same size as the Elrod and the HII Small. All of which are skintight on my head, unfortunately.
My guess is the originals weren’t massive to begin with, and duplicate moulds have caused further shrinkage.
However you can get around it in photos by pulling your chin out of the mask and tilting your head forwards a bit.
Scratch that - the TOTS Kirk is roomier than the Elrod by maybe .5-1", I suspect the ‘face’ is a little longer.
