Well, all that’s left is the actual knife (though that’s not very safe, i’d Imagine someone would make a fake one) and a mask (that one mask on the “happy April 1st” post)
Excellent score! Sorry to dig up an older thread, but I was curious- what does the collar button look like? Is it a plain button or does it have any sort of brand engraving/stamp?
No problem man! I love these things and never get tired of talking about them no lettering or brand engraving. Just leaves, like a circle of olive branches almost. I’ll post a pic when I go home for my lunch break
Cool, thanks! It’s little details like this that if you’re replicating a pair, or if you needed to do a replacement on an original pair, hobbyists would know exactly what to look out for. Thanks again
Yes. I hoped to have them out by the end of this month but I’m hitting snags with the factory. To make a long story short we’re going back and forth about the acceptable margin of error in production. Ideally, it would be 0%, but some things are bound to vary slightly. What is and isn’t acceptable is the debate at the moment.
That’s the thing, I’m not wanting to budge on much of it. For example- they want to change the seams on the wrists of the coveralls- I do not want to change that detail. They want to just have a general placement of the pockets, not make it precisely 3 inches from the waistband, etc. I’m working out details like that because I don’t want to have those things changed. The front of the coveralls must be precise. The only thing that I’d be fine with having some variation is the back pockets, of those were off a few centimeters it wouldn’t matter too much, but I still don’t want it to vary haha
