Tots elrod mask

Could not believe how small that mask ran… very disappointed.

Yeah for some reason tots decided to make the elrod and trammer masks super small. Practically kid size. I think they have learned though. The new kirk and the revised h6 mask are made a lot bigger. Not 25 inches but at least 24 inches.

I agree, the Elrod is a tad bit small for some but fits my head perfect! I really love the sculpt on the Elrod. I purchased my Kirk mask at Monsterpalooza at the TOTS booth and didn’t really look at it up close till I got home and I must say I’m not that thrilled with it! My mask had no definition on the lips and looked nothing like the picture on the site or it’s retail tag! I’m thinking of purchasing another one and converting it.

Super noob question and reanimating a thread, so I know I’m not on to a good start here…but what is the actual difference between the TOTS H2, Elrod and hospital masks, particularly the latter two? I did do research and my understanding was that TOTS couldn’t officially make an H1 mask so they created the so called Elrod mask to get as close to H1 as possible (although on the official photos the H2 looks closer to my untrained eye). Same was with the Ben Tramer one AFAIK. So I’m a bit puzzled about the differences between these, especially considering that it’s supposed to be the based on the same prop…? Any input is greatly appreciated as I’m currently close to pulling the trigger on one, just not sure which.

I’m glad I didn’t get it then. I have a huge head. The first Myers mask I ever had was one of those cheap ones with the molded on hair instead of real hair that you can get at Kmart. Over time, it literally ripped in half

I just tried on a TOTS Hii mask at a mall and it actually DID fit my giant head. Looked pretty good. I have bought several masks over the years and most don’t fit me. I then saw the TOTS Deluxe mask next to it which looked nearly identical but the hair was terrible. Much worse than the non deluxe version. What actually is the difference? Is the deluxe just newer? Thanks!
