So with this self isolation society we are in I recently purchased a tots h2 knife and it’s good price wise but a bit bland so a 10 minutes work over and I’m gonna go with this. Hope it might inspire some people to do a bit of custom work on their own cosplay.
What exactly did u do to it ?
Real simple actually. A sponge and a black wipe board marker. I did a few marks on the knife and wiped the marks with sponge until the knife has a used older look to it buddy.

It’s amazing what just a little changes can do to make a prop look better and come to life. Your methods may have been simple but they are very effective and the idea was awesome . Really nice work
Yeah as stock it’s too bland to look right imo. That bit of effect gives it just enough imo. Thanks buddy
