TOTS H4 Poster Mask

Looks great and doesn’t have that bloated look that some of their masks have, including the previous version of this one

The 78 felt like trying on a melon helmet or something, lol. Was way to large for my head. The fact that the H18 was a perfect fit for me says a lot But it’s good to read about the sizing on the maniac.

The right lighting makes this sculpt pop out nicely. I don’t even see the way of adding minor weathering to make them pop out. Good stuff off of this

How much smaller than the TOTS H78 is this mask? I think I may like the sculpt a bit more, but I love the 78’s fit on my giant noggin.

It’s smaller than the H78 man. It will probably be a tight fit for you. It’s not drastically smaller, but it’s enough that it may be an issue. I do think it’s a great sculpt though.

Justin Mabry. A portion of these TOTS Myers masks are from old sculpts of Justin’s that he’s done over the years. The Elrod/Boogeyman/Tramer is his “Psycho” sculpt, the H2 mask is his “Lunatic” sculpt, the Kirk is “the Creep” sculpt, etc. The H78 is a brand new ground up sculpt though, that one is not from a previous sculpt.

But yeah, mostly all Justin when it comes to TOTS Myers masks.

Yeah pretty much. Mabry did sculpt it based on the H4 poster back in the day of the original Maniac. But as we all know, that was the original mask on that poster, so yeah, pretty much an H1. It’s an over exaggerated look with the stretch and features. But man it looks great. So easy to light and get great looks out of.

Nice, it’s worth the price for sure.

As far as when it was originally made, I can’t remember the year right off hand, but it’s been many years ago now. He has since discontinued producing it, but instead is now using the sculpt for the TOTS mask.
