Most likely the stores carrying this mask already have them. The street date is the 15th. They will be on shelves on that date.
The Kills mask was the same way, they set a street date and merchants already had them ready for the date. A local shop near me had the kills mask on day of release, as did Party City, Spirit, etc.

That’s what I did last year with Kills. Waited for the street date, walked right into Spirit Halloween, and picked out the best mask I saw.
I have a 20% off coupon for Spirit, so I guess I know what I’ll be using that on!
