Odd since TOTS is listed as a member of the HAC. I emailed HAC this afternoon and let them know I and many others will boycott their affiliated businesses if they don’t kill the petition, which is now calling for a National Trick Or Treat Day instead of moving Halloween. They did all of this just to get attention for their push for a way to get people to double-dip. If they really gave a shit about child safety, they’d propose a Halloween In May during Kid Safety Week and/or get their members to incentive safety by offering discounts on flashlights, glow sticks, etc with costume purchases. They really only care about money, which is why I’m surprised to see Zephro boycotting the move.
