Trick or Treat Studios Deluxe H2 mask differences?

Hello all!

About to venture back into the mask land after being dormant for 15 years or so. I want to start with a cheaper mask, and obviously the TOT H2 mask is where it is right now in that realm of pricing.

My question is, Trick or treat studios has a DELUXE version of the mask on their site, but I cannot figure out what the difference is?

Also, Trick or Treat studios is selling the mask on Amazon for way cheaper, but it doesn’t say anything about the DELUXE either, and several reviews state that the mask is too small https://www.amazon.com/Trick-Treat-Studios-Halloween-Michael/dp/B0097SHHJI/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1502119710&sr=1-1&nodeID=7586165011&psd=1&refinements=p_89%3ATrick+Or+Treat+Studios

Any help on what the Deluxe edition entails, and if the Amazon buy is the same mask?

I believe deluxe simply means its the main H2 mask they have, because they also have an economy version which has no weathering and rubber hair, and is obviously cheaper in price, but the deluxe is the main one with all the details.

Thank you for the quick reply, it’s really confusing because looking at the store on this site, it doesn’t mention Deluxe, but then the trick or treat studios official site says Deluxe, and then the official Trick or treat studios Amazon store says nothing about Deluxe haha. I hope you can see my confusion!

Ha ha yeah, also wanted to mention that be careful when you buy one because there is a deluxe child edition and a small version of the mask as well, which is most likely why the reviews said it was too small

That’s exactly what I was thinking. At least they have a return policy, and it’s from the official TOT Amazon page. Maybe the other’s purchased from one of the re sellers.

The original H2 was massive,I think around 24 inch, so they released a smaller one due to popular demand.

From what I gather, the Deluxe should still be the larger variant,so if you have a larger head, get the regular Deluxe.

Then they offer the Deluxe Small, and the Deluxe Children’s.

Not sure of the exact size differences in the Small and Childrens, but I would guess the Small falls in line with the TOTS Tramer/Elrod size wise, which fits a lot more snug around 23 inch or so.

*description for the Small reads 22 1/2, so it should be similar to the Tramer.

The Amazon listing is

16.26 centimeters high which is 6.4015748 inches
35.31 centimeters wide which is 13.901575 inches

Correct, but mask size is the measurement of your heads circumference, just above your eye brows.

Happy to help!

Just pulled the trigger on the Amazon from the official store, I’ll let everybody know. Quite a bit cheaper if you have a Prime account.

I hope it turns out great for you!

Was just going off what people here have said as well as what the TOTS site have said. That and my H2 is massive lol and my Elrod fits snug, never measured myself, but I feel 23 is right for the Elrod according to my hat size.

Hope it fits you well though dude good luck!

Thank you guys so much for the help and kind words. Been a long time lurker here, glad to become a part of the community, and dive back down the rabbit hole again!

It doesn’t look like that photo, that’s for sure. It has some highly creative lighting :d

They all look like this and have almost no detail on the face other than a spot under the nose.

Oh yeah, I’ve read through the million threads here and on the other forum. I can work with that though, I’m pretty creative. Nice username btw, Misfits fan?

For sure :d

I’m guessing they removed the “deluxe” from the tag, but I got my Amazon order in today! Giant, and thick. Ready to get to modding it.
