Am i the only one who pre-ordered the Trick or Treats Studios Halloween II mask and have yet to receive it? I pre-ordered it MONTHS ago and have not heard anything. Now i see you can buy the masks in any retail store. Isnt the whole point of pre-ordering that you are first in line to get the product? If i knew id be waiting months and months for my mask when i could of waited and bought it from any retail store i would of never pre-ordered.
Just contact Chris, he is a great guy and will get you taken care of. As far as them being in a lot of retail stores, I have not seen this one anywhere yet. Halloween City will not even be carrying them in their stores until next year. This is straight from Chris.
This mask can be bought on this website with no wait. I still don’t have the one I ordered the first week of may.
.
I was skeptical at first, I will admit. Chris knows this. But I got mine and I like it more and more every day. You truly cannot beat the quality of the mask for the $ you pay. And yes it looks tons better in person. Blame those pics on people who don’t know how to photograph things properly! Here is mine properly lit!
@darthveach Your Mask Is Awesome! And I Can Beileve You On How It Looks Better In Person. I Have Some Other Killer Michael Myers Masks And When I Film Or Take A Picture Of Them I’m Just Like “Urgh, It Looks So Much Better Than It Does When You See It In Person” And I Cant Wait For My TOTS Halloween 2 Mask! It Looks Truly Awesome, Even In Pictures. ~~MichaelMyersFan1oo1
Thanks man! I absolutely love it. You can’t beat it for the price.
@darthveach I Know Right! The Price Is So Good Especially For The Mask Your Getting! I Have Not Seen Any Other Mask So Detailed As This For $59.99! Thats Why I Had To Get It But Im Still Waiting For It In The Post. Do You Think Its Screen Accurate When Looking At It In Person? ~~MichaelMyersFan1oo1
I don’t know if screen accurate is the way to put it. Justin’s sculpt was based on the look of part 2. But it is definitely Myers all the way. I think it is a great mask because it really can take on the look of either part 1 or 2 depending on what you do with it.
@darthveach Well Ive Got A Big Head So Maybe It Will Stretch When I Put It On Like Dick Warlock Did. But Thanks For Letting Me Know Man ~~MichaelMyersFan1oo1
You should be fine in that respect. It is a little bigger than my Psycho, but not overly big.
@darthveach Oh Good But Thanks Alot Though (Y) ~~MichaelMyersFan1oo1
@darthveach I Do Love This Mask Even Though I Haven’t Received It Yet But I Do Think They Could Of Done A Bit Better On The Hair, What Do You Think? ~~MichaelMyersFan1oo1
Have You Got It Yet? Im In The Same Situation And Very Angry. I Really Wish I Didnt Pre-Order…
I just got mine, and it’s pretty good, except for one very annoying little thing : THE LIPS ARE SLIT OPEN!!! ARRRRRRGH!! WHY, WHY, WHY!? I’m going to modify it to the original Halloween standard (airbrush it straight white, open up the eye holes a bit, and correct the hairline), so I should be able to fix this. Very annoying, though. Also, the hair at the front of the mask is too short - when you brush it back there’s a noticable divide between it and the next line of hair. And, the forward most hairline should be glued down with the hair going forward, then brushed back to hide the glue line. On this mask, the hair was glued down going backward, causing the glue line to be visible. I gonna fix this, anyway. BTW, the mask in Halloween 2 was the back up mask for the original in the first Halloween. That’s why it looks a little different than the original (smaller eyeholes and slightly different hairline). There’s a photo online called 2 kirks that shows two guys wearing both masks, and you can clearly tell which one is which. The producers of H2 were told that Debra Hill had the original, so they went to her to ask for the use of the mask, but she gave them the back up. I think the story goes that the original was starting to rot and was in pretty rough “shape” (no pun intended). Anyway, looks like I’ve got some modifications to do.
