I thought a long time about if I should write this in a thread or even not.
I decided to let you know - I’m going to try my absolute best to say this
in the most respectful way as possible…: (Seriously - I’m totally pissed…)
Mr. Bryan Hoffmann aka MCS MaskCaseStudios is still holding my money
since Nov. the 5th 2009 for 2 masks.
I ordered 2 masks from him and until now April the 3rd (almost a half year
later) I still do not have a mask…but:
He claimed that he sent out the masks on Feb. the 1st. but nothing ever
has reached me yet. He is not able to tell me the customer number or the
shipping receipts. Meanwhile I got the proof from the german customs /
duty that says No package to my address from Bryan Hoffmann.
I told him if he could be so kind to give me a refund.
Now, after several emails from me (how we can find a solution) he just
told me that he won’t pay back MY money. The only fair thing he
could do is to make 2 new mask for me.
But fellas - I don’t think it’s fair to keep someones money without send
out any corresponding counter value. Bryan know since end of Feb. that
his customer has’nt get his sending. He answers to my emails very
infrequently and snatchy. He leaves me hanging for weeks for his respond…
What behavior is this? For me as his customer - not very reliable!
I’m waiting now for a half year and I don’t wan’t to wait any longer.
My patience is over and I’m not sure if a new mask will ever reach me. I think after all I have the right of refund.
Friends - like many of you too, I was very appreciative of his
painful situation and I’m waiting now for a half year but now it turns
out like he is taking me for a fool. Rare responds, no refund, no masks,
no understanding…but keeping my money - for nothing.

Bry , created a thread asking about overseas shipping. And if im not mistaken he was talking about germany…He was asking what would be the quickest way with tracking to send it.
I told you I was sending 2 new masks man and that’s the best I can do. I told you via email that I believe you never got the first 2 masks because you seemed sincere about it. But for me to be out 2 masks and to have to refund your money isn’t fair to me either, and I think the majority here would agree that sending you 2 new masks is a more than fair way to compensate you.
That’s the problem. Tracking things once they leave the US is just about impossible unless you or the buyer spend an arm and a leg on express shipping or UPS.
Sorry that I make this issue public but it’s my only chance to protect myself.

paid for 2 masks and end up with nothing.
So what I can do is send you 2 new masks, that’s the
best I can do. I’ll also offer you a $50 off coupon on your
next purchase if you ever decide to buy another mask/prop
from me in the future.

i sent 2 mask out months ago one to germany one to canada.they neither made it.i tracked them and it said they both made it into customs but the buyers never got them.it seems that maybe we have some theifs in the customs bizz…hope it all works out…tommy
somthing for you to remember next time when making an international transaction
if you or the buyer wonte put up the extra funds for tracking then don’t make the deal.
Honestly I say, Bry is and always has come through. Stuff gets lost in the mail all of the time. More frequently (it seems) when being shipped over seas… on both sides. I don’t know if most other people would even offer to make good on the deal. There is one entity responsible for your masks getting lost and it’s not you or Bry.
Bry is in the same place as you right now. Probably just as mad. Make some phone calls to the shipping agency and see if you can get any answers.
I hope things work out.You paid and bry shipped.A receipt is always helpful for proof of shipping though.I never order from overseas or ship overseas period.Waiting a week on a response can be frustrating to say the least.Good communication can really put people at ease.I hope things work out.
