Warlocks!....... lets see um

Very nice

Awesome Warlocks Everyone! Pure H2 Goodness

You have a great copy Jason. The face looks very similar to mine. What year is yours?

Thanks Ron,
I think its an '06.
I had an '05 but didn’t care for the paintjob that much on it…
I did add some weathering to this one.
I appreciate it…
J

Yeah mine is an 06 too. It’s one of my favorite masks. Yours looks SWEEEEEEEEET!

Great lookin Warlocks everyone.

Awesome man,
Yeah, Its not that I didn’t like my older Warlock, I just didn’t care for the golden brown paintjob.
It didn’t bring out the details of the weathering enough, imo.
It was still a sweet mask though!
Here it is in the background. One thing that I did like was the hair type  , he should have never stopped using it…
See Ya,
J

I was sitting back & waiting on this J-man. This Warlock is pure GOLD if you ask me. I love the different shades/tones used.
Absolutely SICK :open_mouth:  :drinkers:

very nice!

Thanks. Yeah I’ve had about six warlocks and only kept the ones with this hair. Didn’t care for the heavily hair sprayed dark camel hair ones. I just don’t see it that dark in the movie.

This one is off the charts! Any chance you might want to sell?

I just don’t see it having the light hair in the movie, looks pretty dark to me. It’s not the lighting either. The light haired ones are cool looking just not as screen accurate IMO.

In the same sequence when DW goes under brighter light it looks blonde or blondish, revealing alot of the Kirk hair’s true color. It’s very obvious on my TV.
That’s why in the end Terry made 2 versions, the brown hair version and the blonde hair SE, to satisfy the customers.

Thanks buddy!
sorry, this one will always be a keeper.

I see what you are saying T, if he walks under a light it is of course going to look lighter. I am a Lighting designer and I know first hand that you can change the looks of something dramatically with lights. If I want the true color of something I want to see it in a natural lighting scenario. I do see what you are talking about T. For the most part the hair looks dark in the film. Only in certain scenes like you speak of does it take on a lighter appearance. In some shots it looks redish, in other blondish but mostly it looks a darker brown. Different people see things different ways I suppose. It just depends on what floats your boat. If you look in this shot he is lit very well with color correct lighting and you can see the true color of the hand and the hair.

Thanks Brudda…

Doesn’t look dark to me. It looks dark when he’s in a dark room like the ones you posted. I guess we could ask the man himself if the hair was dirty blonde or dark brown. It seems obvious to me. No direct light on the hair in these pics and it’s dirty blonde.
