I’m wanting to rehaul some coveralls I have into some Halloween Kills style coveralls from the mob fight at the end, with the bullet holes, pitch fork holes, knife stabs and burn marks, but I just came across an issue…the issue is that I usually wash my H1 style coveralls after I’ve worn them since I don’t want them to be all sweaty and smell of body odour after wearing them for hours, and since there’s no modifications I’ve made to my H1 coveralls I don’t need to worry about them being ruined in the washing machine, but since the HK coveralls have a substantial amount of damage and modifications that need to be made to them, I’m worried that throwing them in the washing machine after wearing them would ruin all of the fake blood stains and burn marks that I’ll be applying.
So my question is, if I modify my coveralls into HK coveralls, does that mean I’ll never be able to throw them in the washing machine again? Is there a special way to wash them without ruining all the detailed modifications, or is there a special way to make the modifications permanent so that the fake blood stains and burn marks won’t get ruined if I put them in the washing machine after wearing them?
