- You cannot sell something you do not have in your immediate possession (an exception would be pre-selling a mask based on a sculpt)
- Members selling multiple items should make one classified add with the various items, not multiple threads.
- No SPAM
- No multi-level marketing schemes.
- No misleading thread titles. (nude pics, goats, etc.)
- No Pornographic (XXX) items.
- No bootleg films/illegal items may be sold here
- When possible, add pictures to your classifieds ad. This will help prevent fraud and scams. This will also help you sell your item faster.

I wasn’t trying to offend and/or piss off anyone with my ad. That was my first classified and I planned on taking pictures tonight, but unfortunately my girlfriend’s camera was dead so she’ll charge it and I’ll post pictures tomorow. Not a big deal. I am not here to scam or robb anyone, just here to share my passion and interest for the same thing we’re all here for. I was well aware that it was not mandatory or even a “rule” for that matter for pictures to be up in a classified, so I went ahead and posted knowing I would post pictures the next night, this just didn’t work out. I am not trying to break the “rules” or think I’m better than anyone here. I feel like I rubbed a few people the wrong way with my ad and I apologize for that.

I’m done with this. I guess I’m an asshole for pointing out something that I see is a problem. But when your shit doesn’t sell you’ll know why. 
I don’t think you are an asshole for pointing it out, some might be upset because you made examples though. I think it’s wrong to have people jump through extra hoops, it should be a simple thing to put a pic with an ad. Even if someone doesn’t currently have a camera they most likely would have a pic to upload from their computer. If not it would be better to wait to post the ad until a camera can be borrowed and a picture is available with the ad. Even a link to a photo bucket type thing is good.
I have another question related to the classifieds and didn’t want to start a new thread, I hope that’s ok with Dren. I see ads that say “WTB (whatever mask)” and a few days later the person is selling that mask…??? I also notice that people tend to sell masks and state “just got this in, but need to sell it for another mask I have my eye on…ect” My question is do some people buy masks here with the intent of only re-selling them at a profit? It sure seems that way. When people buy a mask and get it then turn around and sell it saying they need to buy another mask it sometimes comes across as either the mask didn’t fit properly, or they were just unhappy with it for some other reason, or lastly that they never intended on keeping it and they only bought it to sell to someone else for more money.
Or maybe I’m totally off base…

But ya, i do think it should be pics or no post, as this hobby can be very shadey…
Being that he was singled out I just want to say that Tony, blackscorpion75 is as honest a guy as you will ever be lucky to deal with. I have personally dealt with him and he is 100% reliable. Now that being said… Pics of course would be nice but if they are not included in the sale add and I am truely interested in the piece I will ask for an email with pics. It’s not that big a deal to me. Mike
