What hair to use to rehair a Michael Myers Mask?

Hello guys!
I want to change my H2 Mask into an H1 (if its even possible with the sculpt - are they the same?), but which and what kind of hair i should use?
I never did something like that but i watched many videos and wanna try it now too.
Did some research on the internet and found that (http://www.best-afro-hair.de/kunsthaar-130cm/jumbo-braid-kunsthaar-130cm-nr4-57.html)

Translation: “Jumbo braid synthetic hair 130cm long No.4”

Do you think that is perfect? or can you give some better things that are available in Germany.

  • Beside this what is the best thing to glue on the hair (Rubber Cement or Tacky Glue?)

I would go with mohair tops. You can find a lot of it cheap on etsy:)

Do you mean this? https://www.etsy.com/de/listing/570170596/30g-kid-mohair-fine-brown-braun-ice?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=mohair&ref=sr_gallery-1-11)

No more like this and dye it with some acid dye:)

No problem

I am also looking for cheap hair in Germany for my H6 mask. Do you already got the hair?

Either mohair or camel in my opinion as they are easy to learn and work with.

liquid latex

put it in a squeeze bottle (like a ketchup bottle in a restaurant.)

Some people use hot-glue and things like that, but it’s a shortcut and it can easily peel right off the mask.

I’ve never tried rubber-cement, but it’s a latex mask, bond the hair with more latex.

“Become one with the mask” :myers:

Amen! Never understood the shortcut of using hot glue on latex. I’ve had hair shed right off of masks due to this and it makes styling properly a near impossible task

I was looking at a MM.net thread just the other night where a mask was missing half a row of hair off the bottom row. And that guy (I know used to) do hair with hot glue.

Never understood it either. Sure it’s easier, but if you’re charging a premium price for a hand made premium mask,…don’t take shortcuts.

What is the best to use to get the fizzy H6 hair?

Or can you do this well with both camel and mohair?
