What’s up with Dela Torre

I have no idea what’s up? I ordered a buried do-it-yourself mask from the company. On December 7 2019. I have emailed them 2 times. And have not gotten a response at all. Are they that busy that they don’t answer emails? I figured if I ordered a mask that was completely done there wouldn’t be an issue. It takes a while to complete. But we are literally talking about making a mold that (on the website) says available. And sending it out to me. Let me know what y’all’s experience with this company is!

I ordered two blanks & shells from him & it took about a month. You’re not the only person in line, so just wait your turn. It’s the same with any business.

I never said I wasn’t the only one in line. I have never done business with them. I was asking because I haven’t heard anything from the company besides they got the order and they got paid. They haven’t responded to any emails at all.

I ordered a Buried and White Satin in November 2018 and received them in January. I always received a response to my messages, but it took time. I will be honest and say with this being the first time I ever ordered from him I was pretty put off by the wait time at first, then learned to accept it. With that being said I will order from him again. Both masks are gorgeous, well worth the weight in my opinion.

Hang in there, you will get what you ordered.

I have the white satin set up and now I have the dark half coming to me very soon from another artist, but I’m on the hunt for dela torre aged mask. Now the gen 4 was an utter failure, his gen 4 aged, the mask was to small, and the mould was so paper thin not only could you not get it on the innershell but the paint would come off easily and it could rip pretty easily. Now dela torre emailed me back to say in October he will be revealing a brand new lineup, so I will be putting an order in for a aged mask in October when his shop opens up, and hope to hell it lives up to the early gen 3 run
