What to use to glue hair down?

I’m thinking of partially re-hairing a TOTS Kills mask since the hairline is all messed up but I don’t know what to use to glue the hair back down after I’ve finished rearranging the hairline.

Should I use liquid latex or glue? And if so, what what type of liquid latex, or which type of glue should I use?

You could even use rubber cement glue.

What type of liquid latex would you recommend? Mask latex, makeup latex, balloon latex, etc?

Tacky glue. It is non toxic and works amazingly well. It right away will hold the hair where you place it, which is huge imo. Most often you have to hold the hair in place for awhile and then it sticks as much to you, as it is sticking to the mask. Tacky glue solves this beautifully.
