wher on earth do we see that in movies today none. another scene i like after michael jills linda we see michael picking up the phone.

Great post, I’ll find something I love about all of them.
1 - Above all else, the direction. In this age of quick-cut, ADD driven direction, this is the best instance of how it should be done. Carpenter loves lingering on the shot. Also, throughout the movie, he gets closer and more claustrophobic. As the movie progresses, we get closer and closer to the shape. My favorite single sequence is Michael walking across the street toward Laurie as she is screaming at Tommy to open the door.
2 - Michael walking through the glass door to the hospital.
3 - The soundtrack and Tom Atkins. What other 40-year old do you know who can bed a 22 year old girl whose father was just brutally murdered?
4 - The opening credit sequence with the establishing shots. Also, Danielle Harris was so damn good in this movie.
5 - The Laundry chute sequence.
6 - Paul Rudd. It’s great now that he’s a comic star to go back and see him try to play straight.
H20 - The bathroom scene at the truck stop. Love the mask through the space in the door.
8 - Watching Busta yell at Michael through the mask. It’s goofy as hell, but as crazy as the scene is, it cracks me up.
RZ1 - Michael tearing through the house to find Laurie.
RZH2 - For the second time in the list, Danielle Harris. I loved her interaction with her father as well as her interaction with the cop assigned to watch the house.

RZ2 - i like the opening 10-15 mins at the hospital…after that not so much
H1 - The music, the story, the caracters, the creepy feeling during the movie. My favorite of the series!
H2 - Haha I love the scene when Michael walks like tthrough a glasdoor… Michael is made of stone 
H3 - You guys will kill me know but yeah I like the story.
H4 - Michael made his big return, Jamie, Donald.
H5 - I kind of like the scene when Jamie trys to dry Michaels tears…
H6 - The death scenes was pretty cool like everyone else have write, Dr Loomis first scene.
H20- Laurie is back, they way theu start the film.
H8 - They way they film it sometimes, some blair witch project over it!
RZ1 - Oh this is not a hard one… The first part of the movie, Michael on his knees infront of Scout (Whata cutie), The pool scene, the ligthning. Michael Myers, Scout running down the street with Michael behind. The ending… Michael grabs Scouts hand like he wanted her to shot him… He didnt try to stop her, he just hold her hand in the right direction, in my view he wanted to die…
RZ2 - Oh okey he didnt die in the first one and just that is a +, Scout is good, I really like the dreams, the first 15min was awesome. The ending was good (Unrated) the music was good…Ehm and I really like the story right through the film, dark, deppressing, nothings getting better just worse… I love that stuff!
OOOO, wow. What a great topic to post for, Ron. Here’s my go:
H1 - The simplicity of the story, and how the director can make it tense and atmospheric with little blood. The cinematography and music really bring the movie to life. Also, the script is a perfect 3-Act structure. You’ve a great beginning, and pretty solid middle, and a fantastic ending. The endings for films are THE MOST IMPORTANT.
HII - The pacing. Albeit, it drags a little in the middle, but once it gets going near the end, it’s almost relentless. The lighting and tension in this one is fantastic, and I love how the Shape seemingly dispatches everyone in the Hospital. Plus it’s really creepy, and has the best score of all the Halloween films IMO.
HIII - The music, setting and direction really help this film. Plus, everyone who’s in it gives it their all. It has quite a Halloween season vibe to it as well.
H4 - The suspense. The end of this one is a pretty good suspense-laden thriller. Plus, Danielle Harris can ACT. And another great ending.
H5 - Loomis. To me, Loomis is creepier than Michael in this film. And I loved the idea of taking it back to Michael’s house to try and destroy him there. The laundry shoot scene was good as well.
H6 - Atmosphere. Although this one has boats loads of problems, it really is an unsettling little movie. I do prefer the Producer’s Cut, but both are quite atmospheric. Plus, I love the mask.
H20 - The Return of Laurie Strode. The Winston mask is pretty cool too.
Resurrection : Having it take place in Michael’s house. That’s it.
RZ/H1 - Tyler Bate’s Halloween theme that ended up in the movie. The lighting wasn’t bad in this one either.
RZ/H2 - I actually liked the part where he tipped over the car. That’s about it.
Ok I’ll take a crack at it.
H1-Overall the shape how he can be anywhere and yet he’s right behind you kind of feeling.
H2-Dick Warlock the kills and Loomis
H3- The laser death scene. Hilarious
H4- The halloween feel the smart tricks Michael played throughout and the ending with Loomis’s reaction.
H5- The teen dressing as Michael and runs away laughing maniacally, then Michael comes back to kill the two dumbass cops.
H6- The shape and Jamies death scene, not a big huge fan of thorn anymore
H20- The shape, the scene where he sees laurie face to face, and the ending
H8- Brad Loree and seeing that American Pie kid get a knife through the top of his skull. 
RZH- The mask and the suit, Michael’s brutality, Danielle’s titties!!!, and Tyler Mane.
RZH2-The hospital scenes the look of Michael throughout, that crazy ass dream sequence with Laurie killing Annie, and the deaths.

H1 & H2 is one whole completely awesome horror movie. A+
H3 is an awesome movie that’s VERY under rated. Michael is dead.
H4, I don’t considers any of these from on part of the series, but I liked the camera work and the fall feeling.
H5, ummmmm. I liked the car.
H6- The mask’s pretty cool.
H7- many mistakes but makes up with camera work.
H8- Nothing really here. Not even the first 15 minutes…
H9- Only thing was Danielle Harris!
H10- Didn’t see it yet, don’t want to.
I NEED to give my two cents!
H1- The mask, the music, the poster art(always caught my eye when I was a kid in the video stores),the beginning, the middle, the ending. Everything.
H2- That this was the continuation of the same night…and Pamela Susan Shoop.
H3- My first foray into the series. Yes, the first film of the series I was introduced to! The Silver Shamrock commercials, the red head kid turning into roaches and snakes, Tom Atkins…and Stacey Nelkin.
H4- The return. Dr. Loomis still being alive, Michael’s escape, the atmosphere, the dream sequence in the beginning.
H5- The first film of the series that I saw in theaters. The beginning credits, the continuation of the series, the Camaro, the return of the Myers house.
H6- Waited 6 long years for this. The Myers house actually looked like the Myers house, the mask looked better, brought back characters from the original.
H20- The mask was the closest to the OG, return of JLC, Michael slowly lowering himself from the ceiling.
H7- The beginning, Brad Loree’s portrayal.
RZ H1- The shaky camera during kill scenes, Michael staring and standing over his helpless victims, lil Michael’s decent into evil, the mask was something new and inventive, the ending, Michael was actually menacing again.
RZ H2- The beginning dream sequence, the kills were fuckin brutal, Michael’s escape from the ambulance, the redneck scene, certain slo-mo shots.
