As a true die hard Myers fan i can’t even force or bring myself to appreciate the H8 mask,and that goes for the movie aswell,what a load of absolute tripe on both counts…as for the H5 mask i liked it’s sinister look’ different yes to what we had been accustom to prior to that movie but it took Evil to another level i believe and that is what Michael is “Pure Evil” so it was very fitting to his character,no pun intended.

This is true, i cant sit through Resurrection. I will admitt for a while H5 was one of my top picks for favorite Halloween movie. I cant sit through Rob Zombie’s H2 either, and i LOVED his Dream Sequence mask. I aprreciate your take on that mask. Its just for everything i see done right with H5, i find something else done wrong =p Ya know what i mean??
Same here, that movie and Resurrection are the low points of the series but unlike Resurrection, the RZH2 masks are great.
Besides the masks used in RZ’s remakes…all masks after the original H2 are my least favorite. I’ll never bring myself to owning any of them. I’d rather own a variant of the original H1, H2, and RZ’s masks than own any of the ones from H4-H8. All those masks did was make me shake my head and roll my eyes the very first time I watched those movies. I’ll congratulate aritists any day for replicating them in their own way, but if I had to pic a least fav from H4-H8, then H8 is definitely the worst.

Agreed. It’s a shame too. H20 was a strong point regardless to what some people say. Also a great ending to the series if you ask me. Resurrection wasn’t needed. Robs H2 could have been great, he just thinks deep and psychological -.- It surprising Rick gave us H8 after he made H2

Quite frankly, I’ve never been a huge fan of any of the masks in the films between H-2 1981, and H-9 2007, but I can totally understand, and appreciate why others may feel differently. However, If I had to name the one mask I like the least in the entire Halloween Franchise… It would have to be the H-8.

My least favorite mask is either H5 or H6, but if I had to pick between the two then H6 is my least favorite. My FAVORITE mask is H2 1981.

Wow really?? That surprises me. I hear a lot of love for H6, so to hear someone say its the worst is refreshing lol yeah I think between 1 and 2 I like part 2 better. To me its a creepier mask
H5 by a long shot is my least favourite… imo, it just sucks and is almost comical. Every time I see it, I just get this image of Andrew Lloyd Webber staring back at me…
It’s all H1 and H2 for me (bit of HIII), I’m not a big fan of any of the other sequel masks.
