Is it just me or did anyone else think Sheriff Brackett gave off a weird vibe? I swear, that short conversation between him and Laurie after the hedge scene is one of the most awkward things I’ve ever seen. His facial expressions and the way he talked just seemed weird.

Has to be Loomis, although I did like Paul Rudd’s slightly demented Tommy Doyle.
I’ll be honest, mine is Laurie. Don’t get me wrong, it can’t be underestimated how important Sam Loomis is to the series, but I like Laurie the best. First off, she’s probably my most favorite final girl ever, and that’s saying something, because personally, I think that there are a decent amount of pretty good ones out there. (Think Nancy from Nightmare, or maybe Ginny from F13 Part II.) In all of her performances in this series, I think that Jamie Lee Curtis does a phenomenal job, and it’s especially impressive in H1 for someone that hadn’t been in a movie before. It’s really cool to see her fight back so strongly and bravely as she does in H20 and H40, without a doubt one of the best in a slasher series that has a whole slew of surprisingly good characters.
