Workrite Coveralls

Yeah Alex told me they were getting them Tuesday and should have some pictures up, so I was waiting. But I ended up passing out last night I was too tired to do a new video after a long stressful work day. I’ll do an update vid this evening.

I’m excited now! Just waiting on them to email us about adjusting the size think I’ll go up to a 44 just incase and if they’re too baggy I’ll just order a 42.

More photos coming and I know this is just the TOTS coveralls and not actual workrite but here y’all go!

Still on the fence about whether I want to change sizes or not. Here’s me in a 44r with a size 44 chest currently. It’s a bit tight around the shoulders, waist, and butt area. Contemplating on whether I should bump up to a size 46r for a little more room and bagginess.

In my humble opinion I think it looks pretty good as is, but you could probably stand to go up one size doesn’t hurt having a touch more room.

Hey guys, Any way to get in on this new order?? and hey bud I think you look good in the 44s but honestly the 46’s arent a huge leap i was 44 went to 46 for comfort it is better but not by a huge margian…give it a shot!

This is crazy, so these are like an exact replica? Forgive me if this has been asked but what is the wait time, Thank you very much for the link buddy very nice of you

You’re welcome. I think they take about 2-3 weeks since they are made to order instead of being in stock now.

I ordered mine like 2 weeks ago, hopefully I’ll get them soon.

Looks like they capped it off for now hopefully everyone got in if not I guess V2 will start in Nov/Dec.

Hey guys OK well I heard back from Alex and he explained what’s going on.

I put together a video last night going over his email he sent me the pictures and what not so if you want to have a look at that I’ll post it here:

Paraphrasing here Alex basically said they ordered a few testers just to see what they look like before they went further and they got those back on Tuesday and went over them. So he’s provided more pictures of the version 1 and there are some alterations that need to be made to the pockets and the collar to get them more accurate to the workrite.

These are things that can happen with trying to produce a replica of course. So for the time being they have closed orders on the version one because they will not be able to get any more out in time for Halloween this year. So that’s the bad news.

The good news is they are producing a version 2 with the proper altercations to the pockets and the collar and are committed to getting us a proper replica. They’ve been completely transparent about the process so far so that is reassuring.

Alex did go on to say that they will be contacting anyone who has pre-ordered already on September 30 to advise their options which he explained were taking the version 1 style as is if they would like because they may need something fairly accurate that is close and in charcoal grey in time for this Halloween. Or they will have the option to wait for version 2 that is more accurate, or he also said anyone can certainly have a refund as well if they would like of course so no worries there.

Anyway check out the video for more details and he said Legion also put out a video of the coveralls and sent me the link which I placed directly in my video description.

Here are a few of the pictures he sent me:

Again I just wanted to reiterate I have nothing to do with Legion Safety, I don’t get anything out of this at all. I’m simply passing on the information I’m getting from Legion.

Good bit of info there, Matt. While the testers certainly have their inaccuracies, to me, this still shows a tremendous amount of promise on Legion’s end. They were able to get these done so quickly and with such clear communication. Very excited to see how the V2s end up turning out.

What are your plans, Matt? If I didn’t already have a couple pairs of Workrites that fit decent (enough), I’d probably go through with the Legions just to have something to use for Halloween. But being that I’m fine holding off for now, I think that’ll be my plan. Did Alex suggest that they’d be okay holding onto any of the payments if we choose to wait for V2? Or simply issue refunds and have clients resubmit orders later in time?

I think I’ll just wait for the V2 wasn’t planning on doing 2018 Myers anyway this year my mask probably won’t be even be finished by Halloween anyway. We should be able to just message them and say no to canceling but we want to wait.

Well I do still have a couple extra pairs of workrites I saved to do my kills cosplay, and one more for Ends but it is a little bit big on me so I was considering ordering a pair of these perhaps. But since I have those I’m definitely gonna wait for the second version and go from there as I did not pre-order a pair myself.
As for holding on to the payments, i’m not sure. I would imagine they will outline that when they contact everyone today. I agree it definitely shows their commitment so that’s a big positive for us.

Is there a time frame of them shipping the Version 1 out, I preordered them awhile ago.

You might not need the work rites for ends…This is not a spoiler cause this is only a theory but i feel like the mob gets the better of him and he probably goes to the hospital and gets stripped lol sounds nuts but for some reason i feel michael will have a diff look in ends

Asked for a refund and they are working on it. They also said that version 2 will have an update around January 1st.

Apparently will not let you keep the order and wait for accounting purposes so we’ll all have to reorder.

Wait really? I haven’t gotten a message about that yet.
