I’m sure there’s a difference between the TOTS and workrite coveralls but I just ordered the 2018 one off of party city I hope it’s badass.
It’s polyester fabric, they lack the real material and weight of real coveralls, plus the pockets are not done right

Yeah there’s a huge difference between the TOTS and the actual 9.5oz workrites. I got the TOTS for my son last year and they look all right but they definitely aren’t perfect and they are just made out of very thin polyester. So they will do the job but if you’re looking for something that looks really authentic to the film used coveralls they are quite a ways off.
As long as they look pretty close I’m alright I’m not worried about weathering them. It doesn’t matter much for me that they don’t weight and have the right material as the real one Im just in it for looks.

I see what you mean yeah the elastic does cinch a little bit there. JJC has a similar build but he’s a bit bigger than me. He’s 6’3” and about 215 James has broad shoulders and is in good shape he does have a bit of a dad bod tummy like I do too haha but I’m 6’2” and 195 so I bet he runs a 48-50L easily my 48L is a bit big.
Hi everyone. I’m about to board this train. I am thinking of buying from Legion Safety. I’m concerned about size. I’m 6’5” and weigh 250 lbs. My chest is 47, my belly is 45.5, my waist is 44.
Should I get a 46 or 48 Long or bigger?

I personally would go for a 48 or 50L. You’ll definitely want a little wiggle room in the chest for comfort so going a little bigger shouldn’t be a problem because the shirt underneath does kinda help a bit too.
I definitely don’t recommend a 46, that’ll be too tight. If it helps you any further to get a better idea, I have a 38" chest and I wear a 40 and my set of Workrites fit me just like how they look on James’ body. Best of luck!

Acorad yes in a sense they found another manufacturer who can replicate them, we have been told they are pretty much going to be the same they just won’t have the workrite tag. The new link is at the bottom of page 3.

I think a 48 will definitely be too small.
My chest is about 44 I wear a 36 pant size and The largest part of my belly might be 38” I’m 6’2” and 195lbs and The 46L is only wearable for me if I let out the elastic, the 48 L I wear for my H40 is a teeny bit long in the sleeves and I have a teeny bit of room in the waist with the elastic let out.

You can see in the shots that the sleeves are a little bit long so if somebody who’s 3 inches taller than me will probably use up all of that length but they should be useable. I’m not sure about a 48 L though on a dude as big as you.
Quick update I spoke with Alex at Legion safety and he said there was a delay getting them over to them but they are expecting them to arrive on Tuesday the 28th. He said they only got a few pairs done just in case they have to make any last minute corrections but they will be taking a whole bunch of photos for everyone because they know everyone is concerned about how they’re going to look. As soon as I have the information I will post it on my channel and update here as well.
