Yes indeed the video is up and they should have them on the website to begin placing orders soon.
Definitely a huge improvement over version 1 [emoji119]
I put together a short information video as well https://youtu.be/85zZeSuf78M
Anyone who has been viewing the responses who work for legionsafety I just want to thank y’all for doing this for the fans. You know something like this is rare to happen, it’s almost like every time a cool thing on a movie pops up it gets discontinued the next day but y’all are bringing it back to life. I appreciate your dedication to the fans idc what the intentions are for money or not y’all are still helping us big time! Thank you legion safety.
As per Alex at Legion:
“On the side note, I spoke to the manufacturer regarding the pointy rear pockets today. They took the V2 sample back and promised to come back to me next week with a corrected rear pocket. I’ll send the picture once I have it back.
I’ll send an email update to everyone who requested it as well.”
So once I get some pictures I will certainly share them but they are aware of the pocket issue and it looks like they are going to try to rectify that.
That is great to hear that they saw the issue with them, it can be very noticeable, but they are working their asses off, and they deserve credit for that!
Hey everyone, so Alex sent me over a picture of the corrected pocket it looks fantastic [emoji106] here is a shot of it below:
btw never mind the lines in the thumbnail it’s a high res photo so zoom in.
Yes I did a short update video as well if anyone’s interested, but it looks like we are in good hands!
This is a really awesome option for an accurate looking cosplay [emoji119]
OK … this is to give everyone a relatively fair time estimation.
The Legion coveralls are roughly 2-4 weeks to make. From what I see in posts, it’s about a couple of weeks on average to weather them correctly (correct me if I’m wrong). Then, depending on your geographical location, transit has to be factored in. For the continental US, it’s roughly 5-6 days at the most if the carrier handling the package stays on schedule. AK and HI generally know their transit times. All non-US shipping - it can be very tricky due to the unknown amount of time it can spend at customs.
In light of the above, I’d start with factoring in a couple of months before the event you need it for, to be safe.
It is possible to expedite the order but it will cost you to do it … especially with international shipments. The manufacturer can expedite the order as well (5 business days) but there is a 25% stop work charge applied in this case.
So, to wrap it up, please make sure you factor in enough time. Contact the company directly if you need it expedited to see what options are available.
Thank you for reading it all
The batch of the orders placed within the first week after the item was released is expected to be out of production by 2/11/22. The “rear pocket shape” issue pushed everything back till it was resolved. At that point (1/21/22), all funded orders were sent to production.
