People who complain about this stuff are either too stupid or too ignorant to realize their kids could just go home and turn on AMC and see the same kind of gore in a movie. What’s the difference?
Well forget about black cats, vampires, witches etc…just put a car wreck, a guy overdosing on heroin and someone having a heart attack on your front porch
I still prefer the classic Halloween way over all that but is funny as hell too see people’s reactions seeing a body hanging upside down from a tree or a car smashed into a person against a tree.
Now that i think about, i think its okay to do for decoration, but the one guy who put up the hanging person had no other decorations in sight. He said he was gonna put more up though, it just seems a little off…
. 42. When I was a kid it was either Dracula , mummy, or witch on a door maybe jackolantern. Plastic costumes with rubber band around mask. Haunted house really wasn’t scary. Parents weren’t as involved as now. Didn’t have decoration stores, just a small isle in toy store or grocery store. Anyway. I looovex it then as I do now. Just a lot different. It’s grown big time commercially since my childhood
Im 33 and i can relate man. Same way here…here in town we have a Family Dollar and that was like Halloween Central. I remember going in the Halloween stuff and omg man it was like so spooky magical, you know how it is when your a kid and omg man it was so amazing seeing the scary rubber masks hanging off the racks. Ben Cooper costumes in a box. They had all kinds of those Witch,Dracula,Frankenstein,Batman,Superman,Darth Vader…omg just all kinds. I really remember these ghosts they would have up where you would walk by them and they would start shaking and start making a really creepy booing sound. Hard explain the sound but oh man it was so cool.
This reminds me of a really creepy Halloween prank someone did a few years ago. This guy went into the woods one day, and saw a poster of a missing woman stuck on a tree, so he kept walking, and found another of a different missing person. He eventually got into this area deep in the woods where there was a really old shack that was surrounded by trees with missing people’s posters on them. So this guy records a video of it on his phone, and calls the police. When the police get there, the shack and missing posters are gone. The police got into contact with someone who was connected to the shack, and they said it was a Halloween prank, but people believe that’s not entirely true, as they believe whoever lives in that shack was involved in kidnapping those missing people. The fact that everything was gone when the police arrived makes it even creepier.
