its been a loong time since iv been here
since the whole trancus thing kicked off infact
iv been through some pretty serious personal issues and troubles since but now im well im back and im ready to rekindle my love for the hobby !!
id just bought a house and iv picked the room in which i will display all my masks figure autographs …etc …etc
im kinda pulling my hair apart at the minute trying to think of the right set up! lol
id really be interested to see how you all display / show off your collections for a bit of help and inspiration.
so if you dont mind posting some pics … PLEASE DO lol

that a very nice set up man, Im still working on my setup, I get my cases from casesforcollectables.com, they are a little pricey but I figure my pieces are well worth it to keep the dust off of them, once I get them all into cases, im gonna put shelfs up, Im also getting a couple more pieces that I want to add to the collection, its just never ending lol collecting is very addicting as we all know
To be honest I have no idea what the cabinet cost when purchased new. I bought it from a couple who was moving to Florida and couldn’t take it with them. I gave them 125 for it. But if I was to guess how much it was originally I’d say around 250-300?
i’m just finishing my mancave…i dont know either, how i’m going to display my stuff.
even though its going to be the biggest room in the house, its NOT ENOUGH

My setup is just a crappy homemade shelf from some remaining MDF I had from an earlier build.
When I get some shelves and more then 5 masks to put in them, I’ll be in business.

There are a few people around here that are wastes of space, scammers or not.
Now I don’t know this guy. I have no reason to assume he is a “scammer,” and I think sending a PM to him and a moderator would be the appropriate choice of action, not starting drama in his thread. We’re here to talk about displays.

Hah! That’s too much! Sorry, don’t wanna make light of an issue that sounds like it goes back some and obviously went south Been a victim of scams myself (Hello Bobby Davis!) so I feel for all who have been screwed by liars. Just Burgundy makes me smile:)
Opportunists, deceptive scammers, why welcome them ? why give them more opportunities to do it again, it seems like a forgive and forget attitude toward some of these types around here, even if that isnt the case that is the impression i am getting, well that doesn’t wash with me, yes i know some will be saying get off your goddamn soap box but think about this, what if it happened to you, hmmm yeah not such a nice feeling.
Fill us in. What did he do? We cant formulate a proper opinion on the matter without facts. To keep the tread on track heres a few quick shots of most of my current setup. I like to keep things somewhat symmetrical and utilize size order and angles if symmetry isn’t possible. All the stuff on the floor in front of my screen used costumes is just stuff I haven’t found a place for yet. Forgive the flash I wasn’t going for detail with these pics just a view of the layout.
