It was a real close tie between part 4 and 6 but 6 won just for the fact that part 6 Jason was ready to go with the belt and everything. He was ready to clean house. Lol
Part 8. Just so badass. Really like 7 and VS as well, but 8 for me. As for non zombie Jason I feel 3 is the best. Tough to beat the first real “Jason”.
I feel like picking one is very difficult; cause as I get ready to hit submit I really like the look from VS and from 7 because of how battle damaged and beat up they are. They literally look like they were just removed from the lake/ground after years of laying dormant. Very interested to see everyone else’s choice.
Yep, I agree, I really like the part 8 look, also I love how round the mask was plus that cool yellow green color it had.
Exactly, part 6 is not only my favorite movie but also my favorite jason, I just love the belt and gloves, you put it perfectly, “hes ready to clean house”
Part 3 is definitely the classic Jason outfit.
Part 7 is Badass! Looks so sick and twisted!!!
Love a bunch of his looks. Part 7 I think is straight savage!
I agree with Davy.
7 all day
part 4, I like classic human jason much more than zombie jason, i feel it takes away from the character that jason is, a deranged deformed supernatural man. i also like part 3 as well but i like his more whether’d look with the axe wound in the head
Part 8! I just love the mask and I am one of the few who loves “slimy” Jason. Then you add Kane Hodder behind that mask and costume and you have a bad ass Jason imo.
Part 4 for me is the scariest. The weathered clothes and the hock is super worn, the axe wound is a plus. What gets me the most is his finger nails in for. They are terrifying to me.

When it comes down to it for me; the real questions is outside of the Kane Hodder Jasons which is your favorite. As I said earlier 8 is my favorite. 7 right behind it. I even think meatball Jason from JGTH was a cool look. Bloated and terrifying. Pre-Uber Jason X was just a savage killing machine.
Hmmm. The costume I like dream 5 from the opening of New Beginning, Royson, 7, 8, and JGTH. I like dream 5, 8, and JGTH more among those.
Mask, I’ll have to get back to, but I think it’d be the dream 5 from the opening.
Jason makeup, is part VI/Jason Lives Jason, easily, love the Fulci zombie look.
I think overall I love the look for dream Jason from the opening of New Beginning the most, the dark dirtied clothes, the mask, and the overall boogeyman feel without the need to emphasize the makeup.
Friday the 13th is one of the best-known and most revered horror films in cinema history. The protagonist, Jason Vorhees, is an iconic character who has already scared generations of viewers. In this article, we’ll explore what makes Jason Vorhees so memorable and why he continues to terrify fans of the horror genre. Jason first appeared in Friday the 13th Part 2 in 1981. revenge for his mother’s death, but over time, he became much more than that. His iconic hockey mask, machete-wielding look is easily recognizable and has been copied in film and other media ever since. But what makes Jason so frightening isn’t just his looks, but also his ability to survive anything. He is capable of withstanding terrible injuries that would leave any human being instantly dead. He is practically immortal and unshakable, making him even more menacing. Furthermore, the fact that Jason is an unpredictable and relentless force is also part of his charm. He doesn’t speak or express emotions, creating a mystery around him that only serves to heighten the tension. He’s a force of nature that can’t be stopped. But perhaps what’s most surprising about Jason is that he’s won the empathy of some fans. They might not support his actions, but they admire the fact that he isn’t afraid to go to extreme measures to protect his mother’s memory. For many, Jason is a victim, only made terrifying by the suffering he had to endure. In short, Jason Vorhees is an iconic horror character, who continues to terrify moviegoers decades after his creation. His recognizable appearance, superhuman ability, and lack of expression make him an even more terrifying figure. While we never want to run into Jason in the wilds of Crystal Lake, it’s undeniable that he has firmly established himself in pop culture and movie history.
My list.
The movie may not be the best, but man…Manhattan has such a badass look to me. Imagine that Jason stalking around Crystal Lake
Yep…always loved the part 5 dream scene opening! That mask is my favorite to. The whole scene is eerie as shit plus John Hock looks menacing as all hell
Which is odd, as John Hock is one of the smaller guys to play Jason - IIRC, he’s right at six feet tall, and built more like Myers than Jason. But yes, it works well in the film.
IMO, Jason X pre-Uber is slept on, probably because it isn’t a zombie Jason design. The mask is super edgy, the tattered straightjacket is fantastic, and the chains give it an extra badass factor. I don’t like the facial design but you barely see it anyway.
