Also for H1, the proto is still imo in the top 4 at least. But depends upon the copy…thickness etc and the finishing. Some copies can look really washed out and not as versatile.

I was just gonna say the same. The OP’s picks are solid 
For me, I’ve always loved the Castle 75K and the 98 Proto, but when I had a shot at that SC75 I just had to go for it. I mean an exact replica of the original 75 Kirk? Yes please. So it’s probably the only thing I would change is I would probably go with another SC75 for my favourite H1. I’m also very fond of Rowland‘s H2SM for the H2 mask. I just think it’s also very accurate.

Most of the good shots I have of the mask that really show detail or videos that I’ve shot. I’ll look for a few stills here to see if I can grab some, but the video is captured much more detail with zooming in and out and of course I can’t post videos in here.
I did make a cosplay tester video this past Halloween on my YouTube channel. That’s a couple of minutes long. I could post a link to that. It shows it off quite well of how it looks in bright light and dark. And all I have to do is open my mouth a little bit to get the castle stretch look and it’s pretty spot on.

Thanks man. I really love the profile look as well. Yeah, for sure but it is one of those super limited ones. There isn’t a lot of them running around. I know they intended to do 100 at first but then it was dropped to just 30. And that’s both Myers and Kirks. I don’t know how many of each were done but it’s only 30 combined so I get why they don’t have a whole lot of attention.

Actually, yes, it is entirely Nik‘s finishing and I think it looks fantastic. I thought he did such a great job on it, that I didn’t wanna have it refinished by anyone. I was so pleased and believe it or not, it actually arrived on Halloween day 2023 I couldn’t believe it when I checked the mail and it arrived on Halloween lol that was pretty bad ass. It was definitely a sign I needed to wear it that evening. I have been waiting for years and years to have the money for a grail H1 and this was definitely it for me as I had recently sold my vehicle.

I’m very happy for you. Sometimes its just a case of right place…right time and more importantly…having the cash.
Niks work on that is great, probably some of the best finishing I have seen by him ( sometimes it can be a bit touch and go). I actually thought it had been done by James tbh, great mask.
I recently also landed the best myers I have ever owned ( a nag nightmare promo by JC) and tbh I never thought anything could top my JC 98 proto #1 until I unboxed the nightmare.

Theres no better feeling than owning a mask that you know is truly accurate and represents your idea of the movie mask.
