The game’s singleplayer story mode is being showcased tomorrow at the Future Games Show. I haven’t made a post here in around 2 years so I was wondering what the general consensus was on the game and if anyone is looking forward to playing. I’m really excited personally.

I have a top of the range gaming laptop which I have for my work only as a software developer. Never played a game on it other than the odd counter-strike here and there. I can’t wait to finally become a gamer for a short while to indulge in this game lol.

100% looking forward to this game only as of this year besides the Hellraiser game. This video game is basically my GTA 6 essentially lol. Will be playing on Steam I’m sure it’s cross compatible but if anyone wants to add me and play when it comes out that would be awesome!

That’s nice, comparing it to GTA 6. It’s certainly on the same level. Hell, it will be as good as the original CoD: Modern Warfare, I’m sure.

A trailer for the single player story mode just got leaked, and let me say guys… this looks absolutely amazing. It’s everything I’ve ever dreamed for in a Halloween game. You get to be Myers in Smith’s Grove and play as him before he gets his coveralls and mask. It’s going through the whole movie it seems. I’m so excited.

I think IllFonic said it’s going to be shown today actually the story mode side of it, could be wrong tho they are showing the game off today at some event. It’s definitely been a good year, the hell raiser game looks fire also and there’s also a Saw video game coming out too! It’s crazy to me it’s taken all of these years for video games to finally come out from these franchises, I still remember being a little kid how excited I was when Michael got added to CoD Ghost

Yes it will be shown today at the Future Games Show. It got leaked early however, I would post the trailer but it’s not letting me. If you just search for “Halloween the Game Story Mode Leak” there is a reddit thread that shows it. Looks really good.
Saw could be good, we’ll see.

Game is now up to pre-order. $39.99 for standard edition and $59.99 for deluxe. Cheaper than I thought especially since it has singleplayer and multiplayer.

Same man. I purchased it before they even updated the page with all the info. Not sure how I feel about this phantom Myers skin. Sort of weird. I suppose it’s this game’s “Savini Jason”. Also find it interesting how with the inmate skin Myers’ face is blurred. Wondering if that’s how it’ll appear in game or if they’re waiting to reveal who they got to play him.

Yep. Got leaked this morning. I was already hyped for the game but this trailer really cemented the fact that I need this game now. Guess I’ll be able to play it 4 days early so the wait is a little shorter…

Wow this does look nice. Anyone know if in single player you play just Myers or will there be a way to play Loomis as well? Definite day one purchase for me!

I believe the singleplayer has you only playing as Myers. It’s 6 chapters that should cover the whole first film. They could always add DLC for singleplayer that brings us Loomis gameplay. For now the only way you can play as Loomis is in the multiplayer it seems.
