I love the Haddenfield General Therapy room murders in the hot tub in H2, its a very suspensful scene with Michael, I think it really shows the silent rage and deep seated evil dwelling within Michael.
The worst kill for me has to be the killing or Michael (mark 2) in RZs H2 Remake, For one, I don’t think Michael needed to be killed off, especially so soon and in such a hurried straight forward way, It just seemed like they were struggling with the shock factors by this point and decided to butcher him sensless because he had nowhere else to go with the story… By this time, all shock elements in this remake had been removed and by doing this, it kind of took away the almost supernatural element that Michael seems to possess in the originals with regards to always surviving…

Yes, Over looked Rachel’s death, Considering what she went through, it was all abit brief!!! She survives her roof tumble and Trick or Treating around Michael whilst searching for Jamie… I’d have demanded a better death that Scissors!!!
Best Kill: Can’t pick one, so I’ll just go film by film: Bob in the original, Nurse Jill in H2, Brady in H4, Sarah in H20, Wesley in the remake, and Annie in Zombie’s H2.
Worst Kill: Nurse Karen in H2 (I know this is a popular one, but I always thought it was one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen), the orderly in H4 (again popular, again one I never cared for), Rachel in H5 (total bullshit, always has been, always will be), Michael’s disco massacre in H6 ( ), Jimmy in H20 (…just, no.), every kill in Resurrection, Lynda in the remake, and Big Lou in Zombie’s H2.
Worst: Attempting to emulate H2’s “elevation” kill in H20. The prosthetic, flopping around like a gelatinous blob…
Guilty pleasure: John’s exploding head in H6.
Lamest Non-kill: Not killing Busta Rhymes for being, well, Busta Rhymes in H8.
Face-palming “what the hell just happened?” kill: Ben Tramer in H2.
I’ll admit, I laughed my ass off when Michael just walked away from the first confrontation with Busta Rhymes because Busta is just such a ridiculous douche; who wouldn’t just walk away? Watching H8 once, as well as H6, was enough for my lifetime…

I bet you would have loved the originally scripted kill, involving Michael shoving those scissors down her throat; classy

Thanks Kaizu & Loogs… very good choices!!! Im with ya on the Busta Rymes issues Loogs… Michael clearly thought Busta was a waste of his murderous talents when he walked away… Michael knew as we all did that Busta’s acting would be his undoing!!!
Kaizu… I also love the kill at the very start of H2 in the Lounge… still makes me jump now, love the little spray of blood that accompanies the chilling score at the moment he leaps up!!
Best kill in the series for me is when Michael kills the nurse with the needle to the temple. Just creepy as hell to me and disturbing. Love it!
Worst would have to be little miss hot pants getting impaled by a shot gun. One I don’t buy it for a second, and two she holds her hands up against the wall after she’s dead. Not realistic in the least.
I believe everyone was all for it, except for Ellie. If I’m recalling an interview correctly, Ellie Cornell stated after she read the initial script, she told producers she was not onboard for H5 unless they changed the “scissors down the throat” scene. And yeah, for all the other ridiculous kills executed in H5 i.e pitchfork impaling torso during intercourse, hand cultivator smashed into face, scissors down the throat seems a bit tame

Yes agreed, always thought RZ’s head stomp was alittle too out there to be something Michael would do… Guess he was once again trying to be original and shocking but didn’t really fit with the Michael we already know and love.
Loogs… You do make me smile though your observations are spot on pal… Yes the kills were pretty out there, so I guess the scissors throat scene would have fitted in well, Can’t believe Ellie just wanted a plain scissors to chest senario… Tame!!!
Agreed Tony Bones… The Nurse getting so viciously stabbed is such an intense creepy scene, The way she stumbles behind the counter with her face starting to bleed is extremely unsettling, This is the point I thought… “Hey this is gonna be a cool sequel”… Hmmmmmmmmm.
People have a lot of beef with H4 I didn’t think the kills were that bad… Until now maybe
i know im gonna get chased to the top of the tower for saying this but my faves are the midwife spike hanging in h6 ( why were there sharp spikes on the wall ?who knows… who cares!) and the entire jamie getting wacked scene. suspence and a very valiant death along with some “hug me” false hopes.
worst death… hmmmm i watch these flicks to see people die so i love em all but anything from the rz movies. i mean seriously rob quit trying to be hardcore your fucking movies reminded me of a high budget TROMA flick. and i also disliked the multi death scene in h6 just coz of the same reason i hated rob zombies shit… it was overdone for michael!
michael is calm and patient and doesnt loose his shit. in a way he is ninja like.
I also like the nurse spike scene too, its always creepy when you see Michael emerge from the darkness, I do really like H4, H5, H6, I kinda look at them as a trilogy within the franchise…
Yeah also agree RZs kills are a bit too frenzied for Michael, though some of the kills are original, I find Michaels head stomp etc, just slightly out of character. Hes a knife or bare hands man really… and definately not a f**king street Hobo!!!
