Mask looks nice man!! Didn’t realize KreationX offered rehauls. Sort of unrelated but on the topic of KreationX, has anyone ordered those black PVC mask stands? I was thinking of ordering them since the price has been reduced but was hoping there wouldn’t be a delay. Just curious.
have you guys tried contacting him via his facebook page? He has always responded to me via there. I sent my H40 mask to him in November, last time I checked with him he told me he was almost finished. He even sent me pictures of it and it looks really good so far.
I have one my Castle sits on. They’re solid and I recommend them.
I have and get zero response. The thing was before I sent a payment, he actually was replying pretty quick to my questions. I left the mask world for years as couldn’t trust many people then, not much has changed.
I’ve got one from him that I sent in October and received in December. If anyone is interested, I might be willing to part with it.
Is he in charge of shipping them all as well or are there other people behind that operation? Seems there is an issue attempting to get in touch with him. I don’t want to order the mask stands and be left hanging.
I couldn’t tell you, I bought the stand a couple months ago.
I finally heard back from him via Facebook. He said he is behind on orders and doing his best to get them finished. Told me he would provide me an update on my order soon. I’ll let everyone know as soon as I get an update on when I can expect my mask to be finished.
That’s the deal with waits and no feedback, makes a person feel like they are getting ripped off. Tots hardly ever responds. I asked a question and … nothing but I order something and receive 3 emails already. Probably automated but still.

How many times did you message him? I still cannot get a reply via any channel.
Three times. Emailed early May and early June with no response. Sent a message on FB earlier this week and he responded within 30 minutes. Said he would provide an update on my order but I’m still waiting for that.
Hmmm. I’ve sent emails in May, then two within the last two weeks. Sent two FB messages, one last week then another Wednesday but zero luck getting him to reply.
Luckily I am still in the dispute window, I am not feeling confident at this point.
Messaged him recently. Haven’t heard back, but I just messaged him a couple of days ago. I am sure the mask will arrive, I just think he must be busy with past orders right now.
Thought I would update my tries at getting a response. I was communicating through Fb at first with my H40 rehaul. I moved to Instagram recently with my Creep rehaul and sent a message in mid May then one in early June and my last was about a week ago. Still no response but I do believe I’ll get my Creep back as I haven’t heard of him ever ripping anyone off. Hopefully he’ll post soon with order updates.

Nothing on my side. I am still in my dispute window, if I don’t get something solid by end of month I’m disputing and reporting him to local PD.
He has yet to provide an update for my mask. From reading other post and messages on FB, I believe some who have sent a mask in November are still waiting. I’ve lost confidence and will dispute the charge and try to get a refund if I don’t get a response by end of the week.
I’m curious, how does the dispute process work? I heard someone mention there’s a time frame on the window? I sent my mask in November and paid the same day. I’m guessing I’m out of luck?
