I’m not sure how a dispute works, never had to do one before. He finally got back to me and said my mask is in his next batch to be completed and he will be starting it next week. I asked how long it will take because some folks have been waiting since November for their mask. Still waiting on his response. If I can’t get a firm completion date to my liking, then I’m going to dispute and try for a refund.
So if you used PayPal there is a 180 day window to dispute. If you are beyond that, to my knowledge, there is no support they’ll give. Could call them and see.
Your issuing bank might allow for disputes outside the 180 day window, but again, would need to call.
Basically with PP, I would call them, give the transaction, give the info for why I am disputing. There might have been a affidavit to confirm the dispute. I’d give any supporting info for my claim, then it was a waiting game. Normally disputes are 7-14 days for a decision.

If you are waiting on your mask repaint and didn’t get an email confirmation from this batch, yours is in the next 2 batches. All should be shipped by end of July.

you guys should be receiving your mask soon. I received mine last Thursday and it looks outstanding. Really happy with the job he did on it. I had sent my mask out for the re-paint in March.
Hey there! I would have definitely posted pics, but I left out of town this morning and I won’t be back home until Sunday night. I will take some pics once I get back home. He did indeed give me a shipping update. He sent me an email the night the shipping label was created, and a day or two later the mask was shipped via USPS Priority mail.
Did you get your creep back yet? All the H40’s were supposed to be finished and shipped by end of July, but here we are with more delays. Yet, he has apparently started working TOTS H78 Rehauls. I’ll be very disappointed if these final H40’s that he’s doing don’t turn out well. Guess we’ll wait and see.
I’m just about there myself. Tired of false promises and then seeing time spent on new work. I get it’s a business and marketing is important for a steady stream of customers, but take care of your existing customers first. Frustrating and disappointing. Giving 2 weeks to have my mask in hand or I’m done.
