I messaged through Kreationx on FB but no reply. Sent it a few days before but noticed a recent posting there. So he was active and no real reason to not have gotten a response.
I’ve seen where he had viewed a few of my Facebook messages but waits weeks to reply. Please let me know of your experience with the dispute. I’m likely right behind you.
I left the mask world years back because so many shady people then, so it sucks the first buy since coming back has went south for me. Also sucks losing the mask as I cannot dispute from more than the actual transaction amt.
I had to file at my bank as the transaction wasn’t even showing in PayPal for me, which is super odd as I had the confirmation email and transaction ID. My bank is good so I expect things to go well, the email/message trail shows he’s been promising a delivery to only keep missing his end of the deal.
He’s gone silent on me and won’t provide an update. Could you please let me know how your dispute works out? My PayPal dispute window isa few weeks away so if I don’t have it by end of next week, I’m going to be done and never do business again. Worth requesting to have him added to the scam list on here?
Yeah, I’ve been IMing once a day and he will not reply. Can see he’s actively posting too so he’s ghosting me.
Odd thing, my PP transaction was not showing in PP system. I had a transaction ID and email confirmation, but was not actually there. So I couldn’t start a dispute. I had to go to my bank and start one; will take up to 90 days for decision.
You’d otherwise go to your PP account and find the transaction and dispute. Really pretty easy, have your explanation of the issue. Proof of emails/IM can likely be uploaded as proof.
I’d like to see the guy flagged as a scammer, not sure what it takes.
Any progress made on your dispute? He sent me a photo of my mask and said I would have it two weeks ago. He’s gone silent again and has not once kept his word. This has absolutely been the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced.
So I had started a banking dispute, BBB complaint, and left him bad feedback on FB. Not more than two days after he replied with a photo of my mask saying it would be done by end of week. Got the tracking number and mask within a week after.
Ended up cancelling the dispute accordingly. I’d suggest filing the bank dispute if he’s ignoring, but be warned, disputes can take 1-3 months to resolve. Sucks he hasn’t kept his word for you.
If you’re within the paypal window, I’d start there.
I actually just got my mask back this past week. Glad the headache and worry is over. I’m happy with my mask and finally got what I paid for. Thanks for helping us along the way with your experience. You happy with your mask?
Glad to hear some of you guys have received your mask after the long wait. I shipped my mask to him back in November, and I got my mask back about a month ago. I waited a really long time, as many of you guys have as well. In the end, I am really happy with how it came out.
