Haired eyebrows in 1978's Halloween? No way...YES WAY!

I will post a pic of my 1977 Chewbacca mask, it’s from the first release in 1977. The mask has LOTS of hair around the mouth area and not one spot of yellow glue to be seen; it’s clear.

Dean Cundey and John Carpenter have been stating blue was added to the mask WAY before they ever talked to fans at the conventions. Yes, they used blue lighting, Carpenter was a fan of Carrie and Suspiria; Carpenter loved the use of red lighting in Carrie but wanted the blue from Suspiria…that’s where he got it from.

I would ask where u find this stuff out at but I see u joined in 03 LOL Very cool

Nah, not seeing the hair and the images are far too bad quality to even argue the point with any validity.

I will say that this following pic makes it clear to me that the hair was ripped off, if there is any, then it’s slight remnants of what was there before being removed imo.

Well Anthony, I have sat back scratching my head for the past couple days in awe as to how this thread has gotten 5 pages and 64 posts deep over something as trivial as what you pointed out. You guys are never going to see what Billy is seeing no matter how hard he tries to prove it so I think this is a losing battle for him at this point.

Hey, this is nothing. If you think this is bad then you haven’t seen a geek Star Wars arguement on the RPF. Obviously, possible strands of hair on an eye brow of a mask is not a life altering discussion, but it’s more interesting then seeing a thread about someone’s new score and 8 pages of “cool score bro!”

To be fair though,i’d rather see someone’s new score and pages of nice compliment’s’ rather than a load of pages of a closeup of a pair of eyebrows on a stuntmask’ and a debate that’s not really going anywhere fast,but hey’ that’s just me,each to there own i guess.
