I wouldn’t want Michael Myers to speak. I’m not sure I like the idea of a new mask I hope he keeps the same one for both films . I’m just happy we will see a clean mask via flashbacks. I do wonder if any footage will feature in this film from 78 say Laurie is dreaming and we see clips of him after her a bit like in h20 when we see a few seconds of the closet scene. The last film showed a few seconds of Judith been killed so it might have a few seconds in this one where we see the shape from 1978 footage.
What are most people hoping for? I personally want to see the Myers house featured in either a new flashback scene or in the present day. In the flashbacks I hope we see the Doyle and Wallace houses featured either by them building a facade on set or cgi and a decent 1978 looking mask.
Do you guys think that MM writing the words “sister” and “samhain”, or drawing the picture even, is a way of speaking? It’s certainly some form of communication. I know part 2 has been retconned, but have the TV scenes from part 1? I’m sure some will say yes because of the familial tie to the word, but sister could also mean Judith. If not, and he left a written message in either of the last 2 films, would that be interesting, or not?
I don’t think the shape needs to communicate with words or in writing it’s much more scary if he is just a blank canvas and we don’t know his thoughts
Agreed, however, I enjoyed his attempts at leaving messages. I thought it was cryptic and creepy.
