hey guys. Need some advice on vintage combat boots.
I have no idea what size or type to go for. I currently wear some chunkier tactical boots with the outfit I have but I want a more authentic look.
I wear a 10.5 in sneakers, should I go up? Down? Any recommendations on the type to buy?
Go with an 11. If want to do it right, they will be vintage jungle boots with vibram soles. Be patient and find the correct ones to be authentic.

Those boots would do the job IMO. I think the boots used in H1 where “Altama Jungle Boots”

They would do it, but they don’t have the right vibrate soles like the hero pair.
I found this pair for only $50! Here’s a pic of the soles, do these match the hero pair? Also I am curious, how do we know what soles were on the hero? Are there some shots of the boots from the bottom that I’m unaware of? Heres the picture. Would love some confirmation.
I’m an EXTREME stickler for details, trust me the pics of the ones I have above are the ones you want. There was a thread where this pic was WAY blown up and you could clearly see the tread from a side/rear angle.

Does anyone know thw Sole Pattern that was used on the boots? I also thought it was Sahara, but I think I may be wrong.
Also, Lamson78’s boots are a 9 lace-up boot. The Ebay ones are a 10 lace-up boot. Does anyone know for sure what the lace-up was? 8,9, or 10?
