Here it doesn’t look as soft, but I’ll probably just add less pure white in my mix… thanks for the compliments!

It’s looking great so far! What is it you don’t like? Are you trying to achieved a different shade or color?

Its too minty. I never realized how all over the place the tone of the mask was, but the paint is also a bit flaky, making me realize I probably didn’t add enough latex. I’m gonna remove this layer and try for a more greeny-aged tone

Ahhh gotcha. You’ll get it. Just have to play with it. I know you were trying to avoid washes, but they can be useful to build up layers.

I know I know, I’m fine with layering but its just the base I gotta get down. Some pictures are more green, some more tan, I’ll just focus on getting the paint off first
